Unobtrusive anatomical elements that "guide" the digestive process Gastric mucosal folds 👇 In addition to increasing the working surface of the organ (the stomach can stretch slightly if necessary), they also help in the process of grinding food. After all, it is far from being immediately "erased" to such a size that it is impossible to find anything larger than 3 mm. Together with the muscles in the thickness of the stomach, the folds mix and grind the food lump.

Why does your Stomach growl when you are hungry? The growling sound you hear from your stomach when you're hungry is known as "borborygmi" (singular: borborygmus). It is a normal physiological response that occurs as a result of the movement and contraction of the muscles in your gastrointestinal tract. When you haven't eaten for a while, your stomach and intestines go through a process called the migrating motor complex (MMC). The MMC is a cyclical pattern of contractions that helps move residual food particles, gas, and digestive secretions along the digestive system. During the fasting phase, which occurs between meals or when you haven't eaten for some time, the MMC becomes more active. These contractions can create the rumbling or growling noises you hear. The growling sounds are caused by the movement of gas and fluid in your intestines, as well as the contraction of muscles in the stomach and small intestine. The contractions can be quite forceful, and when they occur in the presence of air and fluid, they produce the characteristic rumbling sound. It's important to note that borborygmi are not exclusive to hunger. They can also be caused by other factors, such as gas or the movement of stool through the digestive system. Additionally, some individuals may experience more noticeable stomach growling than others, even when they are not necessarily hungry.

🚨 What if one of the most powerful & simplest ways to support your body's natural cleansing process is to STOP EATING AND DRINKING? ✨👉 Comment “FASTING” to learn how water fasting and dry fasting work differently. Dry fasting gives the digestive system a complete break from both food AND water, creating a profound metabolic shift in the body. When you fast, your body can shift its focus away from constant digestion and toward processes like autophagy—breaking down and recycling damaged cellular components. And when you stop constantly feeding the digestive tract, you may also change the environment that unwanted organisms depend on. 🦠 Parasites. Metabolic waste. Cellular debris. Your body has built-in systems for breaking down and eliminating waste—and fasting can be a powerful tool for supporting those processes. But dry fasting is NOT something to take lightly. Going without water can lead to dehydration and electrolyte imbalances, so knowing what you're doing matters. 💧 Water fasting vs. dry fasting—what’s the difference? 🔥 What actually happens inside your body? 🦠 Can fasting help create an environment less favorable to parasites? 🧬 How does fasting activate the body's cellular cleanup processes? Dr. Vaughn breaks it all down in his class on Water & Dry Fasting. Your body has incredible mechanisms for repair, recycling, and elimination. Sometimes, the question is: Are we giving it the opportunity to use them? I combine fasting with our parasite detox herbal powder and what my body removes is shocking. Pounds and pounds of microbes and waste I never thought was living inside of me and stealing my nutrients! Comment “Fasting” and I will share how I did this 👇🏼

A 72-hour water fast (drinking water but consuming no calories) can trigger several changes in the body. Some are well supported by research, while others are still being studied. Potential benefits 1. Autophagy may increase * Autophagy is the process by which cells break down and recycle damaged components. * Animal studies show fasting can stimulate autophagy, and in humans it is thought to increase during prolonged fasting, although exactly when and by how much varies and is still being researched. 2. Ketosis * After around 24–48 hours, most people begin producing ketones from stored fat. * By 72 hours, many people are in deeper ketosis, which can: * Increase fat burning. * Provide an alternative fuel source for the brain. * Reduce hunger in some people once ketosis is established. 3. Improved insulin sensitivity * Fasting lowers insulin levels. * Short-term fasting can improve insulin sensitivity after the fast, which may help with blood sugar regulation in some individuals. 4. Reduced inflammation * Some studies have found short-term fasting can lower certain inflammatory markers, although results vary. 5. Weight loss * You’ll lose weight during a 72-hour fast. * Part of this is fat, but a significant amount is also water and depleted glycogen stores. * Some weight is regained once you eat normally again. 6. Lower blood sugar * Blood glucose typically falls during fasting, particularly in people without diabetes. 7. Potential cardiovascular benefits * Temporary reductions in blood pressure may occur. * Triglycerides may improve in some people. * Long-term benefits depend more on overall diet and lifestyle than occasional fasting. 8. Mental clarity * Some people report improved focus and concentration after the first 24–48 hours, possibly related to ketone production. * Others experience fatigue or brain fog instead. 9. Digestive rest * The digestive system gets a break from processing food

Ghee the detox superfood? I am now convinced that Instagram is just Whatsapp University with videos. It has become a cesspool of health misinformation that Meta needs to really do something about dangerous "health talks" from people with zero education in medicine & healthcare. Like this incospicious actor-turned-model Ekansh Jayaswal who is monetizing and trying his luck on Instagram giving advice a lot of health topics that he has no idea about and in the process, misleading people with dangerous misinformation. He claims that drinking 10ml of ghee (which is clarified butter) everyday in morning on empty stomach has the following benefits: 1. It is a detox 2. Helps in digestion 3. It controls sugars 4. Hydrates skin and 5. (which he claims is most important) - lubricates your joints for easy mobility. The fact is, Ekansh is actually a science-illiterate and also medically ill-informed. He does not understand basic human anatomy and physiology. Here is what all of this really means: 1. There is nothing called a detox. It is a wellness fraud marketing term. The liver, kidneys, skin and lungs are the only detox you'll ever need. 2. Consuming ghee does not help in digestion. Digestion is a complex anatomico-physiological process that occurs autonomously whether you want it or not and ghee does not affect an autonomous normal physiological process. 3. Ghee does not control sugars. In fact animal studies have shown that ghee worsens lipid profile and fasting sugars and that people with duabetes must limit saturated fats such as ghee as it worsens systemic inflammation. and and 4. Ghee does not hydrate skin. There is no clinical evidence that it does. This is literally just a bluff. 5. There is absolutely no way that orally consumed ghee enters the joints and lubricates it. It can happen only if the human digestive system is directly connected to the musculoskeletal system or the oral cavity is directly connected to the musculoskeletal system in the absence of a digestive tract. But we know that is not possible, but Ekansh has not gotten that point it. In fact: A study showed that ghee that is predominantly saturated fats had an increasing effect on non-HDL-cholesterol (bad fat) compared with olive oil, adding further evidence to the existing recommendations to replace dietary fats high in saturated fatty acids with dietary fats high in unsaturated fats to reduce heart disease risk. Ghee is not a superfood, and its consumption must be limited, as it is a rich source of saturated fats, has potential to increase cardiac risk, has no proteins, is all fat-based calories, is not a prebiotic, is a good source of fat soluble vitamins and its daily consumption can increase risk of obesity, and not burn fat or reduce weight. On another note, when preparing rice dishes, adding a little ghee with specific timing and within a stir-fry technique could help reduce post meal glucose spikes:

Carrageenan Food Additive...Scientists 'Force Feed' It To Rats Causing IBD Inflammatory Bowel Disease In Order To Invent FDA Approved Drugs To Treat IBD. The Same FDA Approves Toxic Carrageenan As A Safe Additive In 1000s Of Products. It Degrades To Cancer Causing Poligeenan. Though carrageenan is derived from natural sources (seaweeds), its use in food manufacturing relies on a treatment & extraction process that alters its chemistry, transforming it into a highly processed, synthetic ingredient, that degrades in the body into Poligeenan. The alkaline treatments create chemical changes in the algal extracts & cause this synthetic form of carrageenan to be highly harmful to everyone & lethal to those battling alpha-gal syndrome, as carrageenan contains the same alpha-gal epitope. The following foods commonly contain carrageenan but there are 1000s of carrageenan containing products: Dairy: whipping cream, chocolate milk, ice cream, sour cream, cottage cheese, infant formula & children’s squeezable yogurt. Dairy alternatives: soy milk, almond milk, hemp milk, coconut milk & other desserts. Meats: sliced turkey, prepared chicken & deli meats Prepared foods: canned soups & broths, salad dressings, microwavable dinners & frozen pizzas. Some nutritional or diet drinks contain carrageenan, as do some supplements, including chewable vitamins & toothpaste & even petfoods. When used as a 'processing aid' the FDA does not require carrageenan to be listed as an ingredient. For example, if carrageenan is used in the cream used to make ice cream, the manufacturer is not legally required to list it on the final product's ingredient panel. While approved as "Generally Recognized as Safe" (GRAS) by the U.S. FDA, carrageenan is a controversial food additive which causes the following harmful effects: Digestive & intestinal inflammation Promotes inflammation: carrageenan activates inflammatory pathways in the intestines. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD): It has been linked to Crohn's disease & ulcerative colitis. A study showed that IBD patients in remission relapsed when given carrageenan capsules. Digestive discomfort: Carrageenan causes bloating, gas, irritable bowel syndrome & diarrhea. Intestinal permeability: Carrageenan increases intestinal permeability, also known as "leaky gut," which allows toxins & antigens to enter the bloodstream & trigger an immune response. Alters gut microbiome: Carrageenan negatively changes the composition of gut bacteria, promoting pro-inflammatory species & reducing beneficial ones. Cancer concerns Degradation into carcinogen: The key concern is that synthetic carrageenan degrades into poligeenan (degraded carrageenan) when exposed to stomach acid. Poligeenan is carcinogenic: Poligeenan is a known inflammatory agent used in labs to cause cancer in animals & is classified as a human carcinogen. Tumor promotion: damage the colon, leading to bleeding, tumors & cancer. Blood sugar & insulin Insulin resistance: A 2024 clinical trial showed that a high-carrageenan diet, consuming foods everyday containing carrageenan, negatively affects insulin sensitivity. Glucose intolerance: Carrageenan worsens glucose intolerance & increase insulin resistance. 👇Carrageenan Database, Lists & Resources👇 👇Carrageenan & Insulin Resistance👇 👇Gut Lining Damage, Inflammation & Diabetes👇 Speaker: @hormonespecialist Layne Kilpatrick

"People Are Brainwashed Into Drinking Too Much Water." Dr Tel Oren, MD "Water Intoxication Is Diluting Your Electrolytes, Damaging Your Kidneys & Lowering Your Stomach Acid." "20 Years Ago No One Carried Water Bottles Everywhere With Them & No One Had Electrolyte Deficiency." Excessive water intake dilutes electrolytes, strains kidneys & stresses adrenal glands. True cellular hydration happens through metabolism, not just by drinking water. Hydration on a cellular level requires crucial unrefined minerals like potassium, sodium & magnesium to enter the cell wall. Listen to your body—drink when thirsty, including unrefined mineral sea salt to water for proper hydration. Avoid drinking with meals which dilutes stomach acid. Drinking liquids during meals can lead to bloating, indigestion & nutrient malabsorption. Your stomach likes to maintain an acidity level of 1 to 1.5 on the pH scale (2nd highest stomach acidity next to vultures), which break down proteins, stimulates the release of digestive enzymes & absorption of vitamins. But when you drink during meals, you slow down the entire process, water has a pH of 7, which leads to bloating & acid reflux. Too much water creates dilution of your electrolytes in your blood & damage to your adrenals that depend on those electrolytes. So you end up in greater stress & it becomes a vicious cycle for the health 'set point' of your kidneys. Gradually break free from the habit of constant hydration for healthier balance and real cellular wellness. Slowly break your water addiction to whatever your body tells you it needs when you're thirsty. Drink when thirsty & rehydrate with water & crucial minerals during times of high heat & perspiration. 👇Water Intoxication Symptoms & Science👇 👇Too Much Water Causes Heartburn & GERD👇 👇Over Hydration Is Harmful To Kidneys & Heart👇 Speaker: Dr Adiel Tel Oren, MD Video: WR
