I have created something similar that I am using everyday and spend a single dime at the same time as well on my computer to talk and let it write for me. BUT, BUT, BUT... - The rise of screen-hidden AI overlays during live interviews makes traditional hiring proxies obsolete. - Banning specific tools is futile as technology will only become harder to detect. (Banning is never the answer) - We must replace polished 45-minute performance interviews with evaluations closer to the actual job. - Recommended alternatives include watching candidates work on real tickets or walking through past decisions and mistakes.
