Umm dividing by 1/2 is the same as multiplying by 2. So 60*2 + 10 = 130
The word “by” makes all the difference. Just an fyi!! Divide 60 in half and add 10 is different from “divide 60 by half and add 10”
Need better wording so what you want is clear.
The question is ambiguous and therefore intentionally misleading.

Everybody in the comments is all wrong. It's 16 or 10, depending on which half you add the 10 to, between 6 and 0, which is 60 in half, not necessarily half of 60. You get me?
