If they get up in a game the way they are ending this drill they are out, might want to adjust the drill

yeah, I would just add getting right foot to the hand and getting up quickly because I can’t stand when kids lay there especially when the ball is overthrown and they’re not used to getting up quick.

Runner should also look away, exposing only the back of the helmet. Good drill!

Why right hand? Left hand and shoulder is further from the tag. Makes no sense.
