This is party true. Illegal migrants get a hearing, not a trial. If they are caught near the border or at a time near the time of entry, they can be removed. The migrants that are being removed are already processed and marked for removal.

And judges can’t magically wave a pen and decide that they suddenly do, because illegal immigrants only have the rights Congress provides them by statute. January 6th defendants didn’t get this level of due process rights. The Trump administration must take an aggressive approach to ensure these illegal immigrants do not receive due process rights.

"Would you agree that not a single dime of ACA subsidies goes toward undocumented immigrants?" "Listen, we don't do this on this show... I'm not gonna do this anymore."
