Let's see those lab results hemoglobin and hematocrit levels those on carnivor

I started carnivore 5 months ago. Currently on a methylated B supplement for my elevated homocysteine (MTHFR), Raising my HDL with omega 3s (LDL is the lowest it’s been in my entire life!), Mag glycinate for sleep, & almost done with iron for low ferritin.

With the quality of foods nowadays such as meat that is mostly grain-fed or grass-fed with grain finish I take K2 to make sure that my calcium is directed into my bones instead of staying in the soft tissue. Grain-fed meat and eggs has less K2.

As a 6 year Carnivore, I take iodine (we all need that) daily and magnesium at night to help my sleep. I will remove/reduce the magnesium when I get the sleep better regulated.

Electrolytes, that's it. I dont believe in vitamins from processed powders. Is vitamin D3 rat poison?

I have tested and my Vit D was very low. Supplement that and magnesium and iodine (tested low too). I think people should test beg supplementing.

Thanks to your voice I've been carnivore for 3yrs. No supplement, no meds, 75yrs years young.

My dude, from October to April you can’t get enough vitamin D from the sun north of Carlsbad Ca.

What’s your rehab routine? Massage? Acupuncture? Chiro? Sauna? Ice Baths

Thank you so much! Pre carnivore I was a supplement crazy person trying so hard to be healthy after losing three family members. Right now all I take is vitamin d and k and calcium ... but hearing your video I will cease those, too, and see how I feel. Thanks! Do you use iodine?

Definitely do

Calcium?

I need magnesium, i suffer from terrible leg cramps, have my whole life off and on. I take zinc now and then and potassium now and then..

Our food supply, including our meat supply was never as poisoned as it is now. Our water, our air, I agree that most isn't necessary, but a good bio available multi is never a waste.

I did need some when I first started- but the more I progressed it seemed to balance out a lot

Yes, more meat and offals.

My present view of supplements is as a stepping stone from current diet into the full carnivore. The change is harder than I thought and there a lot of cultural barriers.

Visual and verbal top notch Scientific explanation .🤣🤣🤣⚠️⚠️⚠️

No you do not need supplement on Carnivore!!!

I will always take extra garlic and D2/k2 no matter what my diet is.

Guess I should ask about creatine & cq10..?

Antioxidants because everything is basically poisonous these days ...

👌Thanks For Sharing

Also, cooking beef takes the creatine out …. That’s a fact that more carnivores need to be aware of.

How do you respond to the critique that your gut Microbiome is very undiversified due to your prolonged carnivore diet?
