Shawn. I’m 5 weeks in and I’m noticing some profound benefits that surprised me. 2 years ago, I broke my radius getting bucked off a horse, and after going carnivore I can do handstand push-ups, weighted push-ups, and curl 45lb-50lb dumbbells with NO pain or wrist wraps. Also, forgive the selfie but my skin is healthier than it has ever been in cold, Midwestern February. I always have dry skin this time of year. I wish I had a before picture but my crow’s feet are GONE. Incredible results from this diet.

Some 80-90% of my diet in volume and calories is meat, cheese, etc, but I do like to include healthy plant fats including avocado and olive oil!

I just started adding onions and garlic to my carnivore diet. Any reasons I shouldn’t??

Avocados are tainted with Mexican cartel blood.

Yes, you can. Is it carnivore? No. You just have to see how it makes you feel. I've tried carnivore and I prefer keto. Mostly protein, butter, eggs with some high quality greens and things like avocados. Just do what works for you.

If illegals are the only ones picking valuable canivore sabtertooth avocados, why dont ther vast majority prioritize avocado intake

If I ever make it to pure carnivore, the avocado on my eggs will be the last to go.

Check where your avocados are from.. because they have DARK origins

I have a question. My only "cheat" is when I do communion. I do it daily & use a single rice cracker & shot of juice. Is this hindering my healing progress? I'm unwilling to stop taking communion (for obvious reasons) so how should I approach this? I'm on carnivore for my eczema, which has gotten better in the last 6 weeks since I started but still has so far to go.
