Does the Brawlhalla eSports stream feel static? It just needs some Rive! 🤩 Here's my entry for the #rivebroadcastchallenge! I used data-bind, components, scripts and more to create: Dynamic VS Screens, live stats, and VTuber-style interviews with real-time lip-sync! 🔥 +

My entry for the Rive Impossible UI challenge ✨ I gave myself an extra challenge: to build a small story around the interface. So I made an alien planetary catalog. For them, Earth is an oxygen-water hazard. And some planets that are deadly for humans might actually be viable for them. Fully built in Rive: data binding, state machines, scripted components, sounds, and much more. You can play with it live here: Thanks for the challenge, Rive. This was really fun 👽 #impossibleuiwithrive

So Seedance 2.0 Omni’s biggest breakthrough might be lip sync and dialogue. It lets you upload audio and sync it to characters, even multiple characters within the same scene. So we ran tests against the leading lip sync tool, HeyGen, and the results were surprising. Seedance Omni held up well, especially in wide cinematic shots and multi-character scenes. The results can still feel a bit unnatural at times, though they improve with iteration. HeyGen continues to perform better for upfront avatar-style lip sync. Still, the fact that we now have a lip sync tool within a video model that can directly compete with HeyGen is real progress.

Bringing characters to life is more than just lip sync We're enabling LLMs to direct characters in real-time @ Avataros We call the process TEA - Think, Emote, Act Custom ML Trained lip sync is just the baseline. The character needs to know what its thinking and saying and translate that into how it emotes and acts. Blink. Look at camera. Eye roll. Gesture. Sigh. Happy. Annoyed. Worried. Unreal Engine version lets you talk to any metahuman live Anyone interested in a plugin version to use with their hashtag #Metahumans?

I opened with “Mr. President” — Aleksandr Lukashenko laughed it off. First few seconds with the President, and you could already feel it. He’s alive and real — some interviews take time to find a rhythm, but this one had it immediately.

Meet InterfaceKit, a design tool for working with agents. Refine components live in your app → click to copy prompt. Your agent gets the element data, Tailwind classes, and Motion animations it needs to make your changes in one shot. No more guess and check.

Born from my love for FFXIV, its world, and the people who play it. Concise dialogue with subtext. Complex, flawed characters with real struggles and emotions. No plush mascots for comfort, only stories that respect your intelligence. Real lip-sync. Custom animations. All filmed in-game and I cannot wait to show you more.🥰

It took me less than 10 minutes to create this scene. The longest part was finding the style for my initial image. I used Grok Imagine's extension video to ensure perfect continuity of style, voice, and music. Then I animated it, prompting in my native language without asking for any dialogue. Grok understood everything I asked and created a dialogue between the children in perfect French. I later posted the same children with a prompt in English, and this time, the dialogue was in English. I used Grok Imagine to create the image, animate it, and then extend the video to 30 seconds. I then started again with an image that I modified through editing and used it to tell another story.

Improved the "Montage editor" skill I made last week. I spent a bit of time getting it to sync better and more knowledge of effects. It's effects library it knows to use is very limited for now, but that is an easy fix compared to getting syncing down, which still needs work. The edit style is meant to be a bit better than a drag and drop, but will improve over time. This was over 2 iterations, one to sync the clips, and another to add effects/transitions with some minor syncing fixes. Total time was an hour from start to finish, but only 2 minutes of my own time.

I canceled three subscriptions after my first week with Dreamina Seedance 2.0's API. The video, dialogue, music, and lip sync all come back from one call and I had no idea how much my pipeline was paying for tool fragmentation until I removed it. Here's how to setup:

Data and Airtime are not perishable goods, and that they expire when not used with a certain period of time contributes to the struggles of access to information for ordinary poor citizens! Shoprite does not fetch bread in my house if I don’t eat it within 2-days. I bought it, I own it and should use it as I see fit. The EFF says down with airtime and data expiration mandates!

I see a lot of negative feedback about Apple’s new UI updates. But you are missing the point. It’s not about glass effects or making every UI element transparent / shiny. It’s about liquidity, depth, and movement. UI that feels alive. We are entering a new era of interface design. What was once static, flat, and fixed is becoming dynamic, adaptive, dimensional. Flat design is over. And flat screens will be too. Sooner than you think. I think Apple’s new UI system is less about a visual update. It’s the first real step toward multimodal interfaces. Where components aren’t bound to a rigid screen but float, shift, and respond. They appear where you need them, and disappear where you don’t. It’s about removing unnecessary clutter and making human-computer interaction feel… well, more human. Just because we’ve spent the last decade staring at opaque UI components doesn’t mean it’s the optimal way to interact with computers. Sure, it’s not perfect, but it’s the first real step into a new era of UI. The future is screenless. And dynamic components are the new screens.

I built a live intraday theme monitor with Claude. Not a static watchlist. Not a manually refreshed table. A real, live, dashboard with live prices every second for the themes I actually trade. Here's what's it does: → Favourite themes tracked live intraday → 300+ stocks grouped by theme → Green/red breadth per theme (how many names up vs down) → % change at theme level, ranked → Custom themes I built myself (Psychedelics, Data Centers, Space...) → SPY reference baked in so I can see divergence instantly → Plugs into my news catalyst dashboard and watchlist so everything talks to each other → View it however I want: heatmap, table, radial chart Just one piece of a broader toolset I'm building into my app.
