I have been doing 35 minutes of breathwork daily since March 2023. Beyond improving my lung capacity, my inhaler use for asthma has dropped dramatically—from several times on some days to three months without a single inhalation. This is my personal experience, not medical advice.

A few quiet minutes can be a kind reset when the mind feels pulled in every direction. Small practices like this can make it easier to meet the next moment with a little more steadiness.

This is actually a component of the protocol I use with people to help them rewire addictions and other maladaptive behaviours.

I shall call this “meditation”

What about reading,..like while you are reading something your mind drifts away sometimes..realizing that and refocusing...would that help?
