I'm not a Trump supporter but, even by the standards of our debased political/media culture, this is an astonishingly weak argument -- more suitable for @MSNBC than any serious venue. I like the scary music, though.

@JohnnyBeagles It makes me sick that we could, in theory, have a president that can be a convict but some convicts can't even be hired to run a cash register. It doesn't make sense

That's what I'm talking about. There HAS TO BE a way Trump's conduct/misconduct on January 6th can be used to bar him from public office, whether or not he's charged/convicted of insurrection.
