Donald Trump getting indicted or convicted won't prevent him from serving as president again. But he's already disqualified under the 14th Amendment. And we're preparing to enforce that Disqualification in court.

He literally said "peacefully" in his speech. 👋

I'm not a Trump supporter but, even by the standards of our debased political/media culture, this is an astonishingly weak argument -- more suitable for @MSNBC than any serious venue. I like the scary music, though.

It’s up to people to Decide. Not you people in DC.

@JohnnyBeagles It makes me sick that we could, in theory, have a president that can be a convict but some convicts can't even be hired to run a cash register. It doesn't make sense

Except it wasn’t an insurrection. Mic drop.

Looking forward to somebody taking up Jan. 6th Committee's fourth recommendation & enforcing it.

That's what I'm talking about. There HAS TO BE a way Trump's conduct/misconduct on January 6th can be used to bar him from public office, whether or not he's charged/convicted of insurrection.

@MuellerSheWrote Felons cannot vote but can be President? Ridiculous.

BUNK Nice try, genius
