Which kind of magnesium?

I found out that Magnesium also helps with viruses. Check out your multi-vit -bet it is a fraction of what your body needs. I had to double mine. Also take Zinc and D3.

Magnesium is great for helping your body to balance water. I train hard at the gym so it's worth taking Magnesium supplements to reduce muscle cramps etc. Take Magnesium Glycinate which is more bioavailable (easier absorbed by the body) over Magnesium Oxide or Stearate.

Holy shit!!! Time to start taking Magnesium

Which is better the glycimate. Or the threamite?

Where is the link to the study ?

Choose your Magnesium supplement with care. I tried Magnesium Citrate and it upset my stomach. Do your research better than I did.

Filming yourself discussing medical findings in your car does not lend credibility.

You can receive your daily intake from foods, too:

I can personally attest to that. Wouldn’t be without it.
