🚨 Outfielding Change of Direction Drill • Set up cones in a diamond shape • Yell out a series of directions • Square the hips & catch w/ barehand ⭐️ Great drill for conditioning & teaching how to work thru the ball as you secure the catch.

Great Linebacker Drill!!!🚨🚨🚨 - Shuffle patiently and read the play from depth - Downhill angle step overs teaches the LBs to stay square - Stay low throughout the whole drill - Gather step to the cone until you know which way the ball is going - Once the RB commits one direction, pursue to the ball with speed - Bring violent uppercuts and hips through the tackle Pittsburgh Steelers

Notre Dame LB Fit & Read Drill!!!🚨🚨🚨 LBs are reading the angles of how the guard/tackle is trying to block. If they over pusue in the relationship of the running back, LBs should back door the blocker. If they come right at the LBs, LBs should use their hands to shed the blocker!🔥 Notre Dame Football

🚨Spin-off on the classic W Drill🚨 • Begins w/ a smooth pedal or shuffle, & efficient plant/drive downhill to cone • Work a crossover run, as if the WR has broken cushion • A "WR" releases as a visual key, CB gets eyes to hip, to work on reacting at a 45°/90° based on WR
