A DEVELOPER FOUND SEVEN WAYS TO TAKE DOWN A PRODUCTION DATABASE THAT ALL LOOK EXACTLY LIKE NORMAL, INNOCENT CODE AND ALMOST EVERY TEAM IS SHIPPING AT LEAST ONE OF THEM RIGHT NOW 17 minutes from Josh Berkus, one of the people who actually maintains PostgreSQL, walking through the quiet mistakes that turn a healthy database into a 3am outage. -> The moment it lands, you realize none of these are exotic attacks. They're ordinary-looking decisions -- a query that locks a table, a connection that never closes, a setting no one ever questioned -- that work perfectly until the day they don't, and then they take everything down with them. The scary part isn't that the database breaks. It's how normal the code looks right up until it does. A query that runs in 5ms on your laptop and 5 minutes on prod. A migration that silently locks the whole table. A connection pool that runs dry the moment real traffic shows up. Every one of them passed review. Writing SQL that runs was never the hard part -> writing SQL that survives production is. And now that an AI agent is generating and firing queries at your real database faster than anyone can read them, every one of those seven landmines is one autocomplete away -- and the only person who can stop it is the one who already knows where they're buried. Your database doesn't go down because someone attacked it. It goes down because something that looked completely normal finally caught up with it. Save and Watch it today. You'll see the next outage coming before it lands ↓

How to Replace a Front Strut/Shock Assembly. Done to perfection. Time to swap out those worn-out front struts and get that smooth ride back! Here is a breakdown of exactly how it’s done: 1. Remove the Old Assembly Bottom Bolt: Use an impact wrench and a backup wrench to remove the lower mounting bolt securing the strut to the control arm. Top Nuts: Head under the hood and unbolt the top strut mount nuts from the tower. Extraction: Carefully pull the entire strut and coil spring assembly out of the wheel well. 2. Compress the Coil Spring ⚠️ Safety First: Coil springs are under intense pressure. Use high-quality spring compressors and ensure they are locked securely in place before tightening. Attach the spring compressors to opposite sides of the coil. Evenly compress the spring using an impact wrench until the tension is completely off the top mount. Unbolt the top strut nut and remove the upper mount and the old shock absorber body. 3. Assemble the New Strut Unbox the brand-new shock absorber and verify it matches the old one. Slide the compressed coil spring, bump stop, and upper mount assembly onto the new strut shaft. Secure and tighten the top center nut. Decompress: Slowly and evenly back off the spring compressors until the spring sits perfectly in its rubber seats. 4. Reinstallation Guide the new assembly back into the wheel well. Hand-tighten the top tower nuts under the hood, then zip them down securely. Align the lower mount with the control arm, slide the bottom bolt through, and torque it to spec.

At the beginning of the tour when you all attacked BTS for not doing full choreography, none of you understood the point at all. We weren’t defending them just because we blindly support everything they do. We defended them because choreography is exhausting as hell. Every single move, every technique, every second has to be timed, practiced, calculated, repeated until it drains them completely. And for what? So you can sit there entertained by the performance while they’re treated like machines built to satisfy you, running from one choreography to the next until they’re completely burned out? This tour proved everything. They started genuinely enjoying the stage again. They started expressing themselves freely, acting like actual human beings instead of overworked robots trying to meet impossible expectations. Now they’re laughing on stage, messing around, randomly throwing in little moves they still remember from old songs, interacting with ARMY, joking with each other..and THAT is BTS. THAT is what the connection between them and ARMY is supposed to feel like. You know what was happening behind the scenes before? Endless exhaustion from doing multiple intense choreographies every single concert, over and over again through entire tours. So maybe start trusting their choices for once. I hope they stay this happy and comfortable. If they feel like dancing, then dance. If not, then don’t. Their presence, their smiles, their energy, and the way they interact with us is already more than enough.

CNN’s Kate Bolduan tried to trap Senator Fetterman with a gotcha question on Iran — but he ended up giving an answer she wasn’t expecting. The interview quickly unraveled as Fetterman’s responses REFUSED to fit the network’s narrative. CNN ENDED the segment while Fetterman was still speaking. BOLDUAN: “The Israeli defense minister posted today that…every leader appointed by the Iranian regime will be an unequivocal target for elimination.” “That’s going forward. So that is a US goal going forward?” FETTERMAN: “Yeah just keep killing, killing them until they’re until they’re gone.” “I mean, absolutely. I saw that I’ve read that, that they’re going to target who they ever elect to be their next leader and kill them. Absolutely.” “I fully support it. So that’s that’s what’s entirely appropriate.” “Now they have to decide, are we going to continue for [to] choose now peace and or now we’re going to try to destroy Israel. They really don’t have those capabilities.” “At this point, it’s just empty rhetoric because we all know that Iran is [isn’t] able to really project the kinds of damage.” Bolduan was not happy and fired back: BOLDUAN: “So then who who decides what leader should lead Iran then? If you think that the United States should take part in taking out every leader going forward, if it doesn’t meet the right measure.” Fetterman remained unfazed. FETTERMAN: “Well I mean, hey I’m sorry, I absolutely support killing the leadership of the Iranian [regime]. Absolutely, I absolutely support that.” “I think that’s entirely appropriate until hopefully they’ll pick someone that realizes that they need to live and coexist in peace in the region and stop trying to destroy Israel and destabilize the region.” Bolduan’s frustration was visible as she tried to wrap up: BOLDUAN: “Senator John Fetterman, thank you for your time.” But Fetterman wasn’t done. FETTERMAN: “That’s another thing Democrats say; no one will mourn the death of the Ayatollah. Well, yeah so that that’s just another way saying it’s a good thing that he’s been killed right?” “I’ll call it what it is, I won’t say, well, I won’t weep for him, you know, just call it what it is it’s like it’s a good thing that he’s been erased now and then if they pick another one that wants to do the same thing, erase them too.” Bolduan seemed flustered and issued a clarification before cutting Fetterman off completely. BOLDUAN: “I hear your point. But I have had…every Democrat who’s been on this show that I’ve heard is having two thoughts in their head at once, which is it is good to have the Ayatollah gone, but they do not agree and do not understand the justification of going in now with this war at this moment.” “That is the distinction I’ve heard from other Democrats on the show, but we are now out of time Senator, thank you for your time.” The camera cut away from Fetterman as he was still speaking.

The modern Democrat party is really a new age communist party. They have one big issue though: They know they can’t get elected if they seize the means of production or admit they’re communists. Instead they’ve plotted to seize the minds of major corporate executives. I explain ⬇️ This is why Democrats push woke policies, DEI, Queer theory and other radical ideologies. It all creates mechanisms that they can use to control the actions of the largest companies on earth. If you can control them all and get their execs to donate to your causes too, then why seize the means of production and out your party as the contemptible tyrants you really are? Making the executives in corporate America one giant hive mind that serves the Democrats also accomplishes control of the workforces minds by proxy. They know that the woke policies at work result in either workers scared into silence for fear of losing their jobs or conformity so you’re not part of the ‘out group’. Few will resist this and they’ll usually be fired... That is, until we came along exposing the woke policies and forcing changes. Now employees are getting more bold and they’re helping to expose their woke executives. There wasn’t a very public fight to stop them until recently. That’s why I’ve led the charge to what’s now a movement to eliminate wokeness in corporate America. We must stop them before they destroy our country. Our movement has already killed woke policies at some of the biggest companies on earth (Toyota, Caterpillar, Harley Davidson, Tractor Supply, Lowe’s, Jack Daniels, Ford, etc.) and we’re only getting started. To stop this slide into new age communism, we must stop the ideology that invites communism into America. To expose a woke company or contribute to our help us expose them, go to or support our work by subscribing to my X page for $5 a month. 🔥 This is just one clip from Dr Jordan B Peterson interviewing me. If you want to see the rest. Then go to his X page where he posted the full podcast where we discuss the fight to end wokeness!

BREAKING: Alex Jones tells me he’s filing in court TODAY to expose the “100% cut-and-dry ILLEGAL” sale of InfoWars to The Onion: “They ADMIT that the Justice Department is heavily involved in directing all of this … they admit on MSNBC and CNN this model being used against me, if they're successful, will then be used [against] Tucker Carlson and Glenn Beck.” … The judge said, ‘I did not authorize you to have this auction. We were supposed to have hearings because you were making claims that violate the 13th Amendment against slavery.’ Not only did they have this fake auction, they took $1.7 million cash and pledged the rest in FUTURE MONEY they would get from me when the judge’s order was it’s a cash auction. This is what the judge said: ‘This was a private secret sale DISGUISED as an auction.’ The judge then excoriated them and said we now are going to have a full evidence hearing sometime next week. My lawyers say it’s cut-and-dry, in [trustee Christopher Murray’s] own admissions on the stand, that they had BID COLLUSION. They’re so arrogant that when the judge said do an auction, they acted like they were going to do an auction up until 2 days before on Monday afternoon. [Then] they throw out the real auction, pretend they have an auction, and admit they did all of this! It is so ridiculously fraudulent on its face that my lawyers are speechless right now that they would even try it.”

Dr. Roman Bystrianyk, a physician and co-author of the book Dissolving Illusions, describes chart after chart showing that "vaccines" for everything from measles to flu to diphtheria *DID NOTHING* to diminish the diseases' mortality rates. The jabs have been pointless. (1/2) In this first clip from a PANDA Open Session presentation Bystrianyk (Roman Bystrianyk) gave on July 24, 2024, the physician and author describes how the CDC's own "vital statistics" reports have shown that diseases such as measles had declined sharply (often down to near-zero rates) BEFORE any "vaccine" was made available for them. "This is United States measles deaths from 1900 to 1970," Bystrianyk says, referring to the first chart in this clip. "The Y axis is deaths per hundred thousand. The X axis is the year. And so it [measles deaths] goes up and down...until they came out with a vaccine in 1963, and by that point, we already had a 98 percent decrease in the mortality rate. So the vaccine came in way after the mortality rate had already dropped." Bystrianyk shows this pattern also holds true in England, where the mortality rate for measles continued to decline from the 1800s until it hit "virtually zero" in the mid-1900s. Again, BEFORE any "vaccine" was made available. Bystrianyk shows the same pattern for pertussis, a.k.a. whooping cough. "[In the] United States from 1900 to 1970 we have a high mortality rate in the beginning of the century, and it's dropping off, and then there was a vaccine introduced in the late 1940s. By that point, [however,] we already had a 90 percent decrease in mortality [for pertussis]." In Sweden, Bystrianyk adds, they discontinued their pertussis "vaccine" program and have since had no problem whatsoever with the disease.

🇺🇸 PENTAGON REDISCOVERS SEAPLANES 70 YEARS LATE-REALIZES CHINA FIGHT REQUIRES TECH FROM 1945 U.S. military just authorized a pilot program to contract commercial seaplanes for Pacific operations. Not build them. Not deploy them. Rent them to see if water landings matter in 2025. Meanwhile Japan's flying the ShinMaywa US-2-purpose-built amphibious rescue aircraft that operates in 10-foot seas, carries 20 passengers, and has 2800-mile range. China's got multiple seaplane programs running. Russia never stopped. America? Abandoned the capability after Vietnam and is now asking civilian firefighting contractors if their CL-415 Super Scoopers are available between wildfire season. Here's why this matters: The Pacific's 64 million square miles of water with contested airfields and zero runways between islands. When aircraft go down-and in a China fight, lots will-helicopters can't reach. Fixed-wing can't land. Surface ships take days. Seaplanes land on open water, grab survivors, and leave. The U.S. proved this worked in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam, then deleted the entire capability because it seemed obsolete. Now the Pentagon's running calculations: distributed operations across thousands of miles, contested airspace, downed aircrew in shark-infested waters with Chinese ships closing in. Turns out old tech suddenly matters when the alternative is leaving pilots floating for 48 hours. The logistics angle's almost worse. Right now a broken sensor on a F-35 at some forward operating base requires a C-17 to fly 3000 miles to deliver a 40-pound part. Seaplanes could handle that, freeing strategic airlift for actual strategic missions. But the U.S. doesn't have any. So they're asking Japan "can we borrow yours?" while testing whether civilian contractors with firefighting planes can moonlight as military logistics. A 3-year pilot program means the Pentagon's asking: "Does this capability we had for 50 years and abandoned actually matter?" That's relearning what's already been taught. Either seaplanes prove critical and the U.S. is 10+ years behind building sufficient capacity, or China's already solved water rescue and logistics with drones and autonomous systems that made manned seaplanes obsolete before America even tested them. Either way, the competitor that never gave up the capability has the advantage. Source: Interesting Engineering

Dear ARMYs, my precious moots. This is a very personal post, not my usual chaos, so please feel free to scroll past. Before anything else, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the messages you sent me last time. I’m sorry I disappeared but I needed time to process everything, to breathe and to find the courage to write these words without falling apart all over again. And still, I’m writing with the heaviest heart, tears running down my face, while part of me continues to refuse that any of this is real. On Monday, I had my annual check-up. The previous ones had gone well, so even though the fear was quietly sitting in the corner of my mind, I kept telling myself that everything would be okay. But then the end of the day came. When it was finally time to go over my results, the two specialists who have been by my side through my previous battles entered the room together. And I knew immediately. Because they only come in together when something is wrong. They started talking and I could hear their voices but my brain refused to take in what they were saying. Their words seemed to float somewhere around me without truly landing. Until a few of them finally did. A new diagnosis. Surgery. No time to wait. And even then my mind refused to accept it. After the shock came the realization. The fear. Then the sadness. Then the anger. Then that cruel, crushing feeling of injustice. I cried.I was scared.I still am. My thoughts went immediately to my children and my mother,my family. Then to BTS, ARMY and all the purple moments I thought were waiting for us. But this is not something I can ignore, postpone or pretend is small. I have to undergo surgery next Monday, followed by a strict one-month recovery. And this is the part that hurts beyond words: I won’t be able to attend any of the boys’ shows. Because these concerts were never “just concerts” to me. They were light and hope. They were something beautiful to hold onto whenever life felt too heavy. I had imagined Brussels and Paris with you: the songs, the fanchants, the laughter, the tears, the chaos, the friendships and that overwhelming feeling of being alive among thousands of purple hearts. Among my other family.
