Bu sebeple çipin içindeki hassas analog referans devrelerinde / bandgap reference veya feedback loop'ta parazitik akımlar yaratır. Sonuç olarak regülatör kararsızlaşır, voltaj düşer ve işlemci kendini korumaya alarak reset atar. Kısacası sorunun kaynağı kart üzerindeki U16 kodlu voltaj regülatörünün maliyet ve alan optimizasyonu amacıyla WL-CSP teknolojisi ile paketlenmesidir. Bu paketleme türünde silikon yonga fiziksel olarak çıplak kaldığından Xenon flaş gibi yüksek yoğunluklu ışık kaynakları silikon yüzeyinde fotoelektrik etkiyi tetiklemektedir.
