The crew explains a same-day plan for moving frames, rigging cranes, and preparing a major lift. Musk is checking sequence and readiness beside the hardware rather than from a conference... room. At this scale, one missed fitting or unavailable operator can idle people, cranes, and an entire build schedule. The sophisticated rocket still depends on very ordinary coordination. Fast engineering is often portrayed as brilliant improvisation. Most of it is making sure the right part and the right person arrive before the weather changes. Mine took $1,000 to $3,900 on day one, out of a wallet anyone can open and read. Most of the build is not about making it trade. It is about stopping it. Every agent's job description ends with a list of what it may never do without asking me first. One of the six is not allowed to trade at all. Its entire job is killing what the other five found, and its no beats every score on the desk. The one that makes the final call never touches the market either. You could have this running by Friday. Most people reading this will not, and in a few months they will be paying somebody who did. The part at the end is a 1:1 for the Dick clark show when he interviewed bubbles (you can find the clip online). This is what happens when you bet ON Elon Musk. I’d rather be on this side 100 times out of 100. Tonight I’m sitting in a beautiful home in the heart of Austin, a brand-new black Tesla Model Y outside, with my family right beside me… and tomorrow I’ll be there for the Cybercab event. One of the most important - if not THE most important - moments in Tesla’s history. I’m taking this one in. Bc this is personal to me. I still remember the people who told me I’d be nobody. The people who told me I was betting on the wrong person. The people who said Tesla would fail, Elon would fail, and eventually I’d lose everything. I heard all of it. People shit on me left, right, and center my whole life. And now I’m here. Not because the road was easy. It was NOT. It was in fact really damn hard. I’m here today bc I stayed convicted. I stayed disciplined. I kept going when it would’ve been so much easier to doubt myself, listen to everyone else, and give up. And now, the night before Cybercab, I’m sitting here soaking it all in and remembering when everyone told me this day would NEVER come. The Cybercab is here. Tomorrow, I get to watch a piece of history happen in person and be part of it. I’ll remember this night for the rest of my life… the night before the official Cybercab launch. I’m ready. 🔥🔥🔥

And, what is it like to be at the launch site and Starbase about 8 or so hours from a launch? Farewell to International Space Station! This is truly a special place, special mission, and special team that makes it happen. It is a bittersweet departure today – I have a keen awareness that I may never be back here, and even if I was, it would be at a different time with a different crew. This chapter is over. Spaceflight has always been a life goal, and it has turned into a life-fulfilling endeavor – but not for the reasons I thought growing up. When I was young, I pictured the launch, the incredible ball of fire and the acceleration, the spacewalks (how could you not wonder what it’s like to be in that suit?), and I was fascinated by the shuttles, capsules, and stations. But as I complete this second mission living and working in space, what draws me to this job is the people. Experiences like this are amazing, but the relationships we build that make it possible are the “why.” Every day, this mission depends on people from all over the world, of different nationalities, races, religions, and cultures. It depends on government and commercial entities, it depends on all political parties, and it depends on commitment to an unchanged goal over many years and decades. It depends on people dedicated to being part of something bigger than themselves, whose names may never be known but who wake up every day to make the world a better place and to be part of something they will be proud to tell their grandkids about. History will look kindly upon them. Humans have always had a propensity to explore … across lands and oceans, up mountains, and into the sky. We as a species will never stop wondering what else is out there, and what it would be like to go. But then, in the words of TS Elliot, “…at the end of all our exploring, will be to arrive where we started, and know the place for the first time.” Crew-10 is on its way home.

Farewell to International Space Station! This is truly a special place, special mission, and special team that makes it happen. It is a bittersweet departure today – I have a keen awareness that I may never be back here, and even if I was, it would be at a different time with a different crew. This chapter is over. Spaceflight has always been a life goal, and it has turned into a life-fulfilling endeavor – but not for the reasons I thought growing up. When I was young, I pictured the launch, the incredible ball of fire and the acceleration, the spacewalks (how could you not wonder what it’s like to be in that suit?), and I was fascinated by the shuttles, capsules, and stations. But as I complete this second mission living and working in space, what draws me to this job is the people. Experiences like this are amazing, but the relationships we build that make it possible are the “why.” Every day, this mission depends on people from all over the world, of different nationalities, races, religions, and cultures. It depends on government and commercial entities, it depends on all political parties, and it depends on commitment to an unchanged goal over many years and decades. It depends on people dedicated to being part of something bigger than themselves, whose names may never be known but who wake up every day to make the world a better place and to be part of something they will be proud to tell their grandkids about. History will look kindly upon them. Humans have always had a propensity to explore … across lands and oceans, up mountains, and into the sky. We as a species will never stop wondering what else is out there, and what it would be like to go. But then, in the words of TS Elliot, “…at the end of all our exploring, will be to arrive where we started, and know the place for the first time.” Crew-10 is on its way home.

Can one person change the culture of an organization? Yes. We all know that can definitely happen in a negative way. One person can shift the energy of a room, school, or an organization, to make it worse than what it was before. The opposite can be true as well. I saw individuals shift the culture of entire rooms in moments by bringing their energy and people fed off their enthusiasm, and the dynamic of the culture changed in moments. We often discuss culture like it’s someone else’s responsibility but culture is made up of people. And eventually that one person who can bring a positive light to an organization can diminish their own. No matter how optimistic, joyful and passionate a person can be, never assume they are “good.” Check in on people even when they seem like they don’t need it, because often they do. One person can move the culture ahead in a positive direction, but that individual might also need your energy to keep them going. Education is about elevation and whether you are positive or negative, it is contagious? Which one will you be?
