Elon walks into the launch site and asks what will be standing tomorrow. No slide deck survives this tour. The crew explains a same-day plan for moving frames, rigging cranes, and preparing a major lift. Musk is checking sequence and readiness beside the hardware rather than from a conference... room. At this scale, one missed fitting or unavailable operator can idle people, cranes, and an entire build schedule. The sophisticated rocket still depends on very ordinary coordination. Fast engineering is often portrayed as brilliant improvisation. Most of it is making sure the right part and the right person arrive before the weather changes. Does leadership become better when executives regularly inspect the work in person?show more

The infrastructure required to launch a rocket of Terran R’s class is immense. At LC-16, we’re moving fast. ✓ Horizontal integration facility (HIF) is energized. This building will house Terran R's stages to be mated and prepared for launch ✓ 135 ton assembly room cranes completed their first proof load tests. These cranes will lift the vehicle for mate ✓ Transporter erector (TE) upper strongback was moved into the assembly room. This is part of the system that will transport Terran R to the pad and raise it vertical ✓ Permanent site power was activated with two dedicated 22-kilovolt feeds. This powers launch operations across the site

“Working at SpaceX is like being dropped into a zone of shocking competence. Everybody is ultra competent and the reason everybody is ultra competent is because if they're not Elon Musk sniffs it out and fires them. Elon knows because he's talking to the people actually doing the work. At this point having done this for 25 years he can sniff this out really quickly. The best engineers in the world want to work for him because he's the one CEO who’s able to work with them as a peer on whatever the technology is. What would be better as an engineer than being able to design a rocket engine with Elon Musk as your engineering partner?”

Elon Musk: Starship is the most spectacular thing happening on Earth right now. “The most spectacular thing that is happening on Earth right now is the Starship launch program, which anyone can go and see if they just go to South Texas and they can just rent a hotel room, low-cost, in South Padre island or in Brownsville and you can see the launch and you can drive right past the factory because it's on a public highway, but it gets no coverage. Or what coverage it does get was like rocket blew up coverage.” The Joe Rogan Experience, October 31, 2025

Head of the UFO research committee in Moscow to Jacques Vallée: "You know, one of the most important aspects of this whole phenomenon is that it’s polymorphic... they change shapes. An object will appear as a disc and as it’s moving through the sky it will change into a cube or into a pyramid or it will vanish on the spot." The same observables can be said of "plasma-like" orb UAP. This is a compelling example. Not sure what to make of it, and the area it was filmed at is steeped with sightings (both mundane and anomalous). Quote source

🇺🇸 ELON: WE BUILT A ROCKET CITY FROM NOTHING SpaceX literally incorporated their launch site as a city and put it on a public road. You can just drive by and watch them build Starships. That's wild... “This is a city that we built out of nothing thanks to the hard work of the SpaceX team. It’s now a gigantic rocket manufacturing system. We’re actually on a public highway, so you can come and visit and see the epic hardware. I think this is the first rocket development program ever on a public highway.” Source: Department of War Elon Musk

What Tesla is doing with Cybercab shouldn’t be possible even by modern standards....it’s one of the hardest engineering problems any company can attempt The challenge is far bigger than building a car with no steering wheel or pedals The car has to drive itself, operate reliably on public roads, work as part of a massive autonomous fleet, be manufactured at enormous scale and ultimately function as an entire transportation network Tesla is compressing what would normally take decades of engineering into an insanely short timeline AI, autonomy, vehicle design, manufacturing at massive scale, infrastructure, fleet operations....all of it has to work together as one system Most companies would struggle to solve even one of these problems Tesla is solving all of them at the same time and turning the whole thing into something that can scale Cybercab is one of the boldest engineering bets any company has ever made And now Tesla is making it real at scale

Elon Musk is the most down-to-earth executive you will ever see. Tesla gave stock options to every level of the workforce, including people on the line who had never heard the word "stock" before. Musk said it plainly: "We've made them millionaires." He worked the line, walked it, slept in the factory, and built cars beside the people who still build them today. He said this himself at the NYT DealBook Summit in 2023: "I actually know the people on the line." The structure at Tesla reflects that. Everyone parks in the same lot. Everyone eats at the same table. At GM, senior executives have a private elevator reserved only for them. Tesla has no such thing. That isn't a talking point. It's a structural decision that only makes sense if you actually see the people building your product as equal stakeholders in what you're building. When you sleep on the factory floor, eat at the same table, and park beside the people assembling your cars, giving them equity isn't charity. It's the logical conclusion of how you already operate. Most executives manage from a distance and call it leadership. Elon built a company where the person on the line and the person running it have the same financial stake in its success.

Finally. After 18 months of patience, FSD is officially approved and live in the Netherlands. I’ve been driving with it for 2 days now. And the experience is on another level. It feels like the future unfolding in real time. The precision. The intelligence. The confidence of the system. This is not incremental progress. This is a clear step forward in how mobility works. Huge thanks to Elon Musk and the entire AI team at Tesla. From a professional perspective, this shows what is possible when software, data, and real-world deployment come together at scale. The question is no longer if this will take over. The question is how fast it will expand. This is a turning point. Elon Musk

Elon's Grok Bot runs an entire trading desk for $300 a month. The person who does that job at Goldman starts at $200,000. Mine took $1,000 to $3,900 on day one, out of a wallet anyone can open and read. Most of the build is not about making it trade. It is about stopping it. Every agent's job description ends with a list of what it may never do without asking me first. One of the six is not allowed to trade at all. Its entire job is killing what the other five found, and its no beats every score on the desk. The one that makes the final call never touches the market either. You could have this running by Friday. Most people reading this will not, and in a few months they will be paying somebody who did. The whole build is in the post below ↓ Save it while it still sounds strange. Give it a quarter and this is just how a retail account works.

So I found them. this is sequence 8, there's no sound or dialog, and the timing is a bit off, but this is one of 3 sequences I did before the project got canned. The part at the end is a 1:1 for the Dick clark show when he interviewed bubbles (you can find the clip online). If someone wants to add sound and dialog and edit these sequences a little better, go right ahead just be sure to credit me as I worked really hard on these boards and they're some of the best work I've done. Cheers and thanks for all the likes and reposts

This is what happens when you bet ON Elon Musk. I’d rather be on this side 100 times out of 100. Tonight I’m sitting in a beautiful home in the heart of Austin, a brand-new black Tesla Model Y outside, with my family right beside me… and tomorrow I’ll be there for the Cybercab event. One of the most important - if not THE most important - moments in Tesla’s history. I’m taking this one in. Bc this is personal to me. I still remember the people who told me I’d be nobody. The people who told me I was betting on the wrong person. The people who said Tesla would fail, Elon would fail, and eventually I’d lose everything. I heard all of it. People shit on me left, right, and center my whole life. And now I’m here. Not because the road was easy. It was NOT. It was in fact really damn hard. I’m here today bc I stayed convicted. I stayed disciplined. I kept going when it would’ve been so much easier to doubt myself, listen to everyone else, and give up. And now, the night before Cybercab, I’m sitting here soaking it all in and remembering when everyone told me this day would NEVER come. The Cybercab is here. Tomorrow, I get to watch a piece of history happen in person and be part of it. I’ll remember this night for the rest of my life… the night before the official Cybercab launch. I’m ready. 🔥🔥🔥

TESLA/SPACEXAI TERAFAB The Terafab is necessary for Optimus and RoboTaxis - they can’t scale without chips! It is necessary for xAI - it needs Space Compute. Elon Musk solves the biggest pain point. Elon Musk told people the Terafab WILL HAPPEN. There was an entire presentation! But still many will be shocked when it does. When will they learn? Don’t bet against ELON MUSK! “Terafab is a more serious project than people think.” Suppliers being offered above ask? That is one way Elon Musk can remove obstacles and accelerate timelines.

SANDY MUNRO: ELON IS THE GREATEST PERSON ON THE PLANET RIGHT NOW “I will tell you one thing: Elon Musk is the greatest person on the planet right now. Nobody else out there has made a rocket ship that'll go to Mars, nobody out there has made electrification a reality. You look at that magnificent piece back there—even if you don't like the look of the Cybertruck, look inside. The Boring Company, the satellite dishes—all these things come from one guy, and what do these guys [from the media] want to do? Make it bleed. In 100 years, no one will remember any of these jerks. At the end of the day, Elon Musk is the man of this century, for sure.” Source: Munro Live, May 2024

At about T-8 hours before Starship Flight 13’s third attempt to launch, what are the conditions out at the launch site? What does the weather look like? And, what is it like to be at the launch site and Starbase about 8 or so hours from a launch? Today I talk about all of this and provide some updates (narration & visuals) on the construction around the launch site too & why much of this is necessary. Oh, and a reminder too. If you have ever thought about coming out to Starbase and experience something you can literally not do anywhere else in the world (being at an active rocket launch site with a fully stacked rocket just hours before a launch all up close), then you need to plan on doing so sooner than later. These opportunities may not last forever, and indeed some restrictions continue to be added over time. Good luck to SpaceX and the Starship team … I hope Friday with the 13th launch is lucky indeed! 🚀🍀🤞 Ellie in Space 🚀💫

Farewell to International Space Station! This is truly a special place, special mission, and special team that makes it happen. It is a bittersweet departure today – I have a keen awareness that I may never be back here, and even if I was, it would be at a different time with a different crew. This chapter is over. Spaceflight has always been a life goal, and it has turned into a life-fulfilling endeavor – but not for the reasons I thought growing up. When I was young, I pictured the launch, the incredible ball of fire and the acceleration, the spacewalks (how could you not wonder what it’s like to be in that suit?), and I was fascinated by the shuttles, capsules, and stations. But as I complete this second mission living and working in space, what draws me to this job is the people. Experiences like this are amazing, but the relationships we build that make it possible are the “why.” Every day, this mission depends on people from all over the world, of different nationalities, races, religions, and cultures. It depends on government and commercial entities, it depends on all political parties, and it depends on commitment to an unchanged goal over many years and decades. It depends on people dedicated to being part of something bigger than themselves, whose names may never be known but who wake up every day to make the world a better place and to be part of something they will be proud to tell their grandkids about. History will look kindly upon them. Humans have always had a propensity to explore … across lands and oceans, up mountains, and into the sky. We as a species will never stop wondering what else is out there, and what it would be like to go. But then, in the words of TS Elliot, “…at the end of all our exploring, will be to arrive where we started, and know the place for the first time.” Crew-10 is on its way home.

Can one person change the culture of an organization? Yes. We all know that can definitely happen in a negative way. One person can shift the energy of a room, school, or an organization, to make it worse than what it was before. The opposite can be true as well. I saw individuals shift the culture of entire rooms in moments by bringing their energy and people fed off their enthusiasm, and the dynamic of the culture changed in moments. We often discuss culture like it’s someone else’s responsibility but culture is made up of people. And eventually that one person who can bring a positive light to an organization can diminish their own. No matter how optimistic, joyful and passionate a person can be, never assume they are “good.” Check in on people even when they seem like they don’t need it, because often they do. One person can move the culture ahead in a positive direction, but that individual might also need your energy to keep them going. Education is about elevation and whether you are positive or negative, it is contagious? Which one will you be?
