Wow! Never knew I could ask roddlers to demonstrate a wide range of emotions. Limiting them to only positive ones isn't right

For sure. In fact I’d argue it’s just as important, if not more so, to help children label and identify less positive emotions - as this is a first step toward learning to regulate them.

As a therapist, I love to see this mom helping her little one to label her emotions early! ❤️❤️

1. Text Her at Night Women are the most emotionally vulnerable at night. Their distractions are gone, they’re alone with their thoughts, and their emotions become more intense. This is why late-night texts hit differently. It’s the perfect time to create intimacy, deepen the conversation, and escalate sexually without her putting her guard up. The key? Start with emotions, then lead into seduction. Wrong approach: “Hey, what’s up?” This does nothing for her emotions. It’s bland, forgettable, and makes you sound like every other guy in her inbox. Right approach: “You seem like the type who overthinks everything at night… tell me, what’s running through that pretty little head of yours?” This opens the door to her emotions. She’ll either laugh and agree or start revealing her thoughts. Once she’s emotionally engaged, she’ll be more open to flirting and seduction. Women need to feel before they desire. Get her feeling first, then you can build sexual tension.
