Democracy is never of a kind where the same party will ever come to power. We have seen in our lifetimes, the change takes place at state level, at panchayat level, at municipal level, that's a democratic process. But one thing is for sure, there has to be continuity of development, continuity of our civilisational ethos, and that comes only from one aspect. We must respect democratic culture. India is perhaps the only country in the world that has constitutionally structured democracy at all levels. Before 30 years, we had constitutional democracy only in the State legislature and Parliament. But now we have constitutional democracy at the village level, at panchayat level, and the district level. #RajyaSabha

SIR mapping in Hyderabad faces criticism after BLO’s video goes viral Ahead of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in Telangana and other states, the mapping as part of the pre-exercise process faces criticism over untrained Booth Level Officers (BLOs). Recently, an incident came to light in the Chandrayangutta Assembly constituency at polling station number 101 in Barkas at Qurmoshi School wherein it is alleged that. Recently, people who visited Qurmoshi School in Barkas to meet the BLO of polling station number 101 of Chandrayangutta Assembly Constituency found that he lacks knowledge of the mapping process.
