New longevity therapy started: cerebrolysin What is cerebrolysin Cerebrolysin is a mixture of peptides to enhance cognitive function. It fosters neuronal growth and repair which may improve memory. To date, cerebrolysin has been used to treat brain fog, brain injury, and slow down the process of dementia. Because a prior measurement indicated that I have swelling in my brain from my internal jugular vein stenosis (IJVS), we are examining the effectiveness of cerebrolysin in mitigating inflammation as well as any cognitive improvements. Baseline measurements After seeing my brain swelling via MRI from IJVS, we chose to proceed with cerebrolysin. We will be measuring the efficacy by monitoring brain MRI markers, sleeping HRV (3 month average at least, measured using WHOOP) and cognitive testing. Strength of evidence We find that the data on cerebrolysin in human clinical trials is promising. Most trials examine the effects of cerebrolysin on neurodegenerative diseases and the outcomes show consistent benefits in cognition and global clinical function. There is a considerable amount of research suggesting that cerebrolysin can be beneficial in treating neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and brain injuries. We cannot recommend that anyone else participates until more extensive clinical trials have been performed. Protocol Ten, 5 mL intramuscular injections over 20 days. Cost: $160 What we expect to happen We will be investigating several brain biomarkers to document the effects of cerebrolysin. To measure the effects, we will specifically look at neurotrophic factors and markers of neural damage. MRI can be implemented to measure brain markers.

This is Michael Jackson's last performance in his life. Happened 2009 Michael Jackson died barely 12 hours after this video, as he went home from the rehearsal ground and couldn't sleep in time for the next day's rehearsal, so he got very uncomfortable and his Doctor (Conrad Murray) injected him with an overdose of Propofol (an anaesthetic drug that makes people fall deeply in sleep. Mostly used by doctors before carrying out surgery on a patient) . Michael then went into cardiac arrest almost immediately, which coincidentally clashed with the exact moment that Conrad Murray stepped out of the room, leaving Michael unsupervised. Michael never opened his eyes ever again to see his beautiful children, family and beloved fans. . . In the video below, Michael performed the "Earth song" and as you can see, he had to wear baggy clothes partly to give him a more buffed up look, as he was getting thinner due to the extreme toil his body took during the previous years (trials, pain medications, etc) Michael left us with a final message to Earth and humans, pleading that we avoid wars and think about the innocent children who have died from pointless wars. This video is one of the most emotional performance I've ever seen Michael in, despite it being a rehearsal and not full concert performance

I expect the Ministry of Defense and our Defense and Security Forces to work in sync. It is important to conduct an audit of all our agreements with our partners – what has been implemented and what is still awaiting implementation. Air defense and anti-ballistic capabilities are a key priority, especially ahead of winter. Yevhenii Khmara has great experience in our deep-strike operations – from his time in the SSU. I expect there to be more operations, and I am confident that Yevhenii will continue to personally oversee this issue. Everything related to mobilization and contracts, everything related to rotations – we need real solutions, real proposals. I expect systematic, joint work in this area. It is important to conduct an audit of all our agreements with our partners – what has been implemented and what is still awaiting implementation. Air defense and anti-ballistic capabilities are a key priority, especially ahead of winter. Yevhenii Khmara has great experience in our deep-strike operations – from his time in the SSU. I expect there to be more operations, and I am confident that Yevhenii will continue to personally oversee this issue. Everything related to mobilization and contracts, everything related to rotations – we need real solutions, real proposals. I expect systematic, joint work in this area. I'm thrilled to announce the launch of and the start of a new conversation. We can all feel it: the web is changing in ways that seem both dramatic and, in a weird way, imperceptible. At times, it’s hard to know where to start exploring what could be next. Sometimes, when you think you've found whatever next could be, it's hard to determine what’s real and what’s hype. Our approach has always been simple: We like to put a big question out there on the horizon of what’s possible, then build toward it with conviction to see what we can learn. When we created the new Edgar Allan site, we set out to explore the impact of conversational design and personalization in marketing experiences. Why conversation? Conversation and dialogue are the foundation of all stories and the vehicle for human connection. Today, it’s difficult to ignore the prevalence of conversation in the digital world, from Slack and Teams channels to social media feeds, phone messaging, and tools like ChatGPT. So, with that in mind, we had some thoughts: ‍“What if a website was less a one-sided place to present information and more of a living knowledge center?” “What if a site could be more of a guide than a brochure?” “What if we could incrementally learn about a visitor’s intent, then dynamically shorten the distance between everything a brand says and the mere seconds of attention most websites get?” Ultimately, the agency's job is to work at the edge of the future and what’s possible so we can make things and report the results to our clients and community. We are so excited to now be working closely with the Futureverse team to bring the game to The Root Network 🫡 We will soon begin actively communicating throughout the development process, and we invite the entire Root Network, XRPL and Untamed Isles community to join us as we bring this IP to life In this post, I will now outline some of the core design directions we are taking with Untamed Isles: - Rather than the original MMORPG genre of Untamed, we are shifting the focus to a multi-player instance-based extraction style gameplay loop alongside various global social hubs and multi-player features. - The Zerpmon IP will be integrated into Untamed Isles through the use of fan favorite creatures and the in-game lore/narrative - We will leverage Futureverse generative AI technology to bring a variety of traditionally 2D assets like Zerpmon to life within the 3D Untamed Isles world - The style of combat will be changed from turn based to real-time combat reminiscent of games like Palworld - This will be a Web2 experience at its core, leveraging Web3 technology. For example, AlteredStateMachine technology including B.R.A.I.N.S, the Murmur Matrix and NFI pallet ( will play a role in both improving the depth of NPC-driven experiences within the game and allowing players to manipulate the way their creatures battle in interesting and unique ways Lots more information will come out soon and throughout the development process. People of Nabi Ball!❤️✌🏾 There is progress in this team👏🏾 The patterns need time to develop and for the team to be consistent in them. ■ The left side looked better with Mmodi and Shinga✅️ ■ We needed Duba to attack the box and be available more when these 2 attacked on the left. He dropped to the edge of the box very often. ■ Unlike in the 1st half, there was a better understanding between Shinga and the LW. When Shinga overlapped, Mmodi was willing to occupy the pockets and combine. ▪︎ When Shinga inverted, Mmodi was happy to hug the line and take his man on. This understanding was key in that side coming to life in the 2nd half. ■ What was also impressive was the ability for them to create good combinations and movements with Mdu and Duba on the offense from the left side. ■ Lilepo from the right was getting into good goal scoring positions when the left was creating in the 2nd half, but poor decisions on the ball and slow reactions were a problem. He should compete on the LW with Mmodi. ■ In the 1st half, it was Monyane and Vilakazi on the right, and 2nd half it was Mmodi and Shinga with some of our best moments in attack. Overall, you can see the general attitude of this team changing. They want to play now. They want to stay on the ball and create chances from a position of control, not rely heavily on transitional moments to create chances. We have shown signs that we can control and be patient, but when opportunities to attack comes we are relentless, and we use a lot of speed to enter the final 3rd.
