From my perspective, it seems Ethan isn't taking the path to file a notice of discontinuance only, and wants to settle. A settlement could help Ian, because Ian's attorneys can add a stipulation for Ethan not to sue further. It looks as if this case isn't going to trial, or Ethan doesn't have the intention to take it to trial, and Ian may have possibly jumped to conclusions by seeing the deadline dates. I also wonder if Ian even talked to his attorney and asked for an update before firing up a livestream, because he would have naturally known they are in settlement negotiations had he asked.

iDubbbz changed his stance/clarified his vague language yesterday on stream from "Ethan isn't dropping the lawsuit" to "the judge has to decide to drop the lawsuit, and accept our application (Ethan and Ian's agreed application)". When in reality, Ian caused the misunderstanding yesterday because hes too stupid to understand his own lawsuit. Then people were so quick to jump on Ethan's ass. Whether it was dumb luck or premeditated, I don’t care because Judge Cannone landed on the right person to be the Foreman of the jury. I’m already seeing people online completely misconstruing what the foreperson says in this clip wherein he states that he “looked at her day 1, as an innocent woman, that needed to be proven guilty”. That is NOT a predisposed bias towards innocence. That does not mean he came in as ringer for the defense. THAT IS the Presumption of Innocence. That’s how this thing works, and the foreperson has restored even more faith that the system can and does work. Well done Sir!
