Ethan and Ian apparently agreed that Ian would make a statement on his livestream on July 2nd that he disavows negative online behaviors towards others, and include his own recent actions in the disavowal/apology. the clip here is from iDubbbz's July 2nd stream, where he very clearly does this—this...

Ethan Klein of H3H3 Productions responded to iDubbbz's claims that the lawsuit has not dropped. Ethan states that there are technicalities at play, but they are still negotiating the terms of the settlement. From my perspective, it seems Ethan isn't taking the path to file a notice of discontinuance only, and wants to settle. A settlement could help Ian, because Ian's attorneys can add a stipulation for Ethan not to sue further. It looks as if this case isn't going to trial, or Ethan doesn't have the intention to take it to trial, and Ian may have possibly jumped to conclusions by seeing the deadline dates. I also wonder if Ian even talked to his attorney and asked for an update before firing up a livestream, because he would have naturally known they are in settlement negotiations had he asked.

Hasan reacts to MoistCr1TiKaL's video about the Ethan Klein/iDubbbz lawsuit, thinks Moist would have a different tune if he understood the context of Ethan stalking and harassing iDubbbz and Anisa "What does that have to do with iDubbbz.,where is the genuine proof that there is a network of anonymous accounts that Ethan Klein has targeted and identified as being responsible for calling CPS..I don't think there is any proof..Ethan certainly doesn't have that, idk why he keeps bringing this up as though it has anything to do w iDubbbz" "I 100% disagree..just moral posturing..iDubbbz is not in agreement with the comment whatsoever, I think it's perfectly valid to use such a severely defamatory statement..which ironically enough, Destiny has made about me..cuz he's a psycho..if ur a litigious person, u should apply that litigious nature to the actual offending party" "If Charlie knew half the gross sh*t Ethan mofo Klein has said about Ian and Anisa, I don't think he'd be doing this..Ethan Klein has directly stalked and mass harassed iDubbbz and Anisa for months on end..this litigation is an extension of that project" "Who's the sc*mbag here, is it iDubbbz or is the guy who's been harassing iDubbbz and Anisa for months, come on Charlie..ik everybody f'in hates Ian and myself and Morgan and Kaceytron on the internet but come on dude" "I'm willing to be charitable and assume that it's coming from a place of him not fully researching this stuff..but it seems like he's researched it extensively on one side..even after hearing Ethan's side, he still doesn't side with Ethan..should show u how unbalanced this whole predicament is"

Ethan Klein accepts iDubbbz's apology, believes it to be genuine "Ian put out this video on his main channel which immediately i thought was very good that he was willing to stand on it on his main channel, a nice gesture..I thought his apology was genuine..working with my attorneys to drop the lawsuit" "I was being genuine with Noah Samsen too..maybe we can come to an agreement" "I actually don't care about any of the stuff he's saying right now..not why I'm suing him, he's free to say that stuff..problem I had was the statement about my kids which is the one he's apologizing for..he's allowed to say he thinks I'm a bully, harassing ppl..that's fine if that's all he ever said..I'm not offended at all he included it in the video" "He's not retracting or switching up 180..he's just saying this went too far..that was my point as well" "I appreciate what he's saying here..feels like a nice genuine apology..btw we did not discuss this at all between our lawyers or each other..he made it on his volition" "I think Ian has a conscious u know..once the buzz..of being cheerleaded by all these really sick bad faith ppl online..post snark clarity..and I think he kind of realized over time that wasn't the right thing to do and I appreciate it..I've made mistakes too..that's all I wanted"

This is a serious message with ☮️&❤️. Ethan Klein falsely accused @r43r77 of being a terrorist. This is actually just Islamophobic and puts this young Yemeni man’s life in danger. See Rashed’s statement on the lawsuit he has filed against Ethan below:

iDubbbz changed his stance/clarified his vague language yesterday on stream from "Ethan isn't dropping the lawsuit" to "the judge has to decide to drop the lawsuit, and accept our application (Ethan and Ian's agreed application)". When in reality, Ian caused the misunderstanding yesterday because hes too stupid to understand his own lawsuit. Then people were so quick to jump on Ethan's ass. Some of Y'all wonder why I am charitable towards Ethan? It's because of instances like this. iDubbbz and Ansia did this for attention because nobody is covering them right now. Like, actual total fucking losers these two are.

"One thing James Dolan did say that didn't get a lot of attention was, he said that he met with Leon (Rose) the day before he made that statement. I don't think he's coming up with this out of the blue. I think this probably is coming, a group decision. I've heard the same as Ian, that guys in the front office would like to see them go over the second apron, just like any GM and every coach would like to have the ability to add to their roster. I don't think Dolan is alone on this. I think he's discussed it with the front office." - Steve Popper Steve, C. and Ian discuss James Dolan's second apron stance and where Mitchell Robinson could go on The Putback with Ian Begley

"The general thought is: Optimism. The worst-case scenario has certainly been dodged...the feeling was that this is not a major hamstring issue. This is not something that is going to be weeks unless there's a setback. If he misses games, it's going to be a handful of games. He will be back. And the optimism in the locker room - there's a chance he could be back Friday or Sunday. He truly is questionable. The status for him for Friday has not been decided yet." Noah Samsen is doing a fundraiser to fight against Ethan Klein's attack on freedom of speech. Here is a video of Ethan Klein claiming Palestinians are provoking Israel to attack them. Noah Samsen is allowed and SHOULD be allowed to make the argument that Ethan Klein supports the genocide. This isnt about left or right, and you know what? Fuck Hasan, Fuck me, Fuck Denims, Fuck Frogan, Fuck Idubbbz Fuck everyone! This isnt about a specific person. This is about a millionaire YouTuber attacking freedom of speech and expression. Ethan Klein has used his Jewish Identity to attack others. Every time he has been criticized, he has to bring up the fact that he is Jewish into the conversation. He did it to VanillaMace, who DIDN'T EVEN MAKE A COMMENT ABOUT ISRAEL! Ethan will 100% use his identity and zionism to take down Noah Samsen, and if you support this, just remember that Ethan isn't the only one doing this. Look up what the ADL is doing.

Friday, Ian Carroll said: “American politics is not gonna be the same after this weekend.” The weekend is now over, nothing happened, Ian has not produced even a shred of evidence to support his claims, and he walked back his baseless speculation and clickbait hype. Charlatan. After walking back all the histrionics in Friday, Ian now has significantly changed his tune, and claims people are throwing mud at Kennedy’s campaign without evidence. But he fails to mention the part that he and Candace Owens are the only ones slinging mud! THEY started this, with their clickbait theories based on absolutely nothing. Ian is a hack and needs to be called out. He is no ally of MAGA/MAHA. Time to take out the trash.

Ethan Klein says he would probably consider dropping the lawsuits against iDubbbz and Noah Samsen if they issued sincere apologies "This is real life sh*t that landed actual agents of the gov at my door to interview my children against my will with the authorities..to take them out of my home and put them in foster care..the min those ppl showed up..I said the rules are changing" "Even after I said that, they took that as an invitation to be even more brazen and more provocative and to say what he did, to put what he had on the screen" "I told Ian..the only time Ian's apologized is after I sent him a C&D and I did not perceive it as genuine..I said and I still say that if Ian would issue a genuine apology, I'd probably think about dropping the lawsuit..I don't think he's ever genuinely apologized or reckoned with the fact that what he did was so extraordinarily f'd up" "That's all I ever wanted honestly..from the beginning when he was friends with Froggy Tonic..a psychopath..I said how u can be friends this guy and be friends w me..he refused to say his friend Froggy Tonic was being an evil sc*mbag talking about my family..all I ever wanted was a little bit of decency from my buddy" "As traumatic as this lawsuit is for u, I don't want do it either, just make a sincere apology bro..I'm not looking to destroy their lives or get caught in this quagmire of a sick f'd up lawsuit..just want a little acknowledgment of what u did..said that before even the lawsuit" "Honestly the same is true of Noah Samsen, if he just issued like a heartfelt apology I'd probably consider dropping..like just acknowledging what u did and ur part in it"

Hasan coaches his audience to show charitably to MoistCr1TiKaL in his coverage regardless if Piker thinks Moist gave too much charitability to Ethan Klein Also confirms the Frogan default "He did the first video, I didn't think he gave a fair shake to the situation..I chalked it up to him not being super in tune with what's going on..I even said if Moist knew the extent of the harassment campaigns conducted by Ethan Klein that he would have a different attitude on it..or if he knew about the actual timeline of events" "I think we gotta be tactical here and tactically speaking u gotta think about the utility of assuming MoistCr1TiKaL is perfectly knowledgeable..whether that's the case or not, doesn't matter..Idk if there's a lot of utility bringing that to the forefront rather than being like hey this video was great, there's a lot more information out there..if u take a look at it, I think u would have a diff perspective" "I say this as someone who has been on the receiving end of MoistCr1TiKaL's commentary that I found to be not so nuanced, he very quickly did the Kayagate video and I'm still saying that" "Ethan Klein is a menace..has done everything he claims is being done to him and far worse to numerous content creators..he's vicious..a bully..his community loves it..his community is a snark subreddit" "I do think he's being nicer to Ethan Klein and he should be, in an effort to maintain a fair position while not siding too much with unfavorable parties bc let's be real in the spaces that Moist occupies, in the spaces we all occupy, we are the minority position..in the real world, we're not the minority position" "And that's literally the reason why he was launching this suit against as opposed to xQc, Asmongold, and numerous other ppl..who didn't offer anything extravagant as far as reactions goes in comparison to Morgan, Denims, or even Kaceytron" "I don't know why he always like qualifies it, it's 100% that is the case..u don't have to qualify it this hard, its ur show I'm not implying anything but it's just confusing to me why there is this layer of qualification every time"

🚨HE FAKED IT?!🚨 Using metadata, Ryan Beard drops STUNNING new evidence that suggests Ethan Klein NEVER received a shipment of SKULLS to his home, and that he possibly fabricated the entire situation for sympathy. Ethan Klein has been alleging that “snark” had both called CPS on him as well as threatened him by sending $3,000 worth of human skulls to him. The origin of both claims was Ethan himself, seemingly with no evidence. “Snark” had previously seemingly dismantled the claims, however this new metadata adds a new, unprecedented level of detail.

This clip... Well, Apostle Arome does not need defending here, but yes, I was in the very session where he made the statement now causing uproar everywhere, and surely, it was made in a context. A context not contained in the trending clip. You can still disagree with his point, but at least, make sure you're disagreeing with the point he was actually making. Okay? So, this is not to stifle scrutiny. Also, there is no justification for hurling personal, body insults just because you disagree with his position or with anyone's position for that matter. Hah!? Sha, I just wanted to post this clip. Didn't plan to talk sef. As a principle, I no de do ministry of defense unless de matter serious. And dis current one no serious, na just agenda and some tantrum from the lower heavens.

Ethan Klein explains why he's suing iDubbbz and not Destiny "Ian has deeply aligned with the snark community that is basically responsible for and celebrated cps coming to my house..and sending human skulls to my home..on the snark discord..they have on the banner, a skull with cps on the forehead, they love it they're proud of it..iDubbbz aligns with them, shouts them out, calls them great ppl..he's in deep with them" "Even in his follow up to his content cop, he justified it, he said I think it's good CPS was called and investigated that..as someone who's been to Ethan's house" "Basically rebroadcasting this comment uncritically..he emphasizes throughout that he does think it's a serious accusation that needs to be investigated" "Ik ppl are like well why don't sue Destiny..this was a comment made in passing, Ian put it on his screen for 2 hours during his main broadcast..Destiny made it clear that he's not being serious pretty much immediately after writing it..ppl knew Destiny was being a giant f'in pos but he immediately afterwards made it clear that he didn't actually think that" "This was after CPS visited my house..with all the sh*t we been through..I've been through a lot of sh*t w ppl online..this is just unhinged..I said from the beginning that if ppl want to go after my children then the rules of engagement have changed forever" "If somebody u know who's met ur children and family said u m-lestd ur children after CPS has been to ur house..I don't see how u can say that I'm not justified..is that free speech, I don't think so?" "When my children enter the picture..said this back then..bets are off, the rules have changed..I will do everything to ensure that ppl do not talk about my children in this way..that ppl do not celebrate K'ing my children..ppl like Ian retweeting ppl that say they want to K my children which he has done" "I would just want to get this to ppl like Charlie and other commentators who are like this is an attack on free speech, it's not free speech to say that stuff..I'm pretty heavy free speech..but obviously that there's limits" "I literally don't know Destiny..it was a comment in passing he made..clarified that he's kidding..Ian who I know, who's been to my house, met my children, broadcast it over his screen for his whole show..that's kind of the difference between him and Destiny"

The Christian kvetching over this clip is pathetic. Here is the full context. In the interview Spielberg is not calling for the abolition or subversion of Christianity or the Church. The film literally includes a cardinal, a nun quoting scripture, and believers wrestling with what alien life would mean for their faith. Spielberg's conclusion is not that Christianity is false, but that god would still have dominion over alien life just as he does over humanity. This is directly out of mainstream Catholic theology. His point is the opposite of what people are claiming. He is suggesting that the creator god shared by Jews and Christians rules the entire universe, and that aliens or other unexplained phenomena would ultimately fall under that god's authority and reinforce it. That is the psyop, not "Christianity is being destroyed/subverted." Jews are not trying to destroy Christianity. Enough of this insecurity and persecution complex. Even by arguing this it shows that you have no idea what is going on.

Youtuber Ethan Klein points out Twitch Streamer Denim's actions towards Twitch Streamer Hasan Piker. Co-Host AB and Ethan clear up Denims downplaying her own clip to her audience and explain her take on Hasan being so left that if you don't agree with him, he will attack and defame you. Ethan points out the irony of her actions, because she blindly believed Bad Empanadas accusations of Ethan Klein and not taking care of his kids, resulting in HER (denims) audience calling CPS on Ethan Klein. AB also points out the irony in her previous dog tail-pulling statement. Because of Denims actions against Emiru and making the requirement for Emiru to disavow people shes associated with, Denims opens the door of opportunity for people to grill Denims on her association with Hasan Piker.
