From my perspective, it seems Ethan isn't taking the path to file a notice of discontinuance only, and wants to settle. iDubbbz changed his stance/clarified his vague language yesterday on stream from "Ethan isn't dropping the lawsuit" to "the judge has to decide to drop the lawsuit, and accept our application (Ethan and Ian's agreed application)". When in reality, Ian caused the misunderstanding yesterday because hes too stupid to understand his own lawsuit. Then people were so quick to jump on Ethan's ass. Some of Y'all wonder why I am charitable towards Ethan? It's because of instances like this. iDubbbz and Ansia did this for attention because nobody is covering them right now. Like, actual total fucking losers these two are.

The Christian kvetching over this clip is pathetic. Here is the full context. In the interview Spielberg is not calling for the abolition or subversion of Christianity or the Church. The film literally includes a cardinal, a nun quoting scripture, and believers wrestling with what alien life would mean for their faith. Spielberg's conclusion is not that Christianity is false, but that god would still have dominion over alien life just as he does over humanity. This is directly out of mainstream Catholic theology. His point is the opposite of what people are claiming. He is suggesting that the creator god shared by Jews and Christians rules the entire universe, and that aliens or other unexplained phenomena would ultimately fall under that god's authority and reinforce it. That is the psyop, not "Christianity is being destroyed/subverted." Jews are not trying to destroy Christianity. Enough of this insecurity and persecution complex. Even by arguing this it shows that you have no idea what is going on.

Whether it was dumb luck or premeditated, I don’t care because Judge Cannone landed on the right person to be the Foreman of the jury. I’m already seeing people online completely misconstruing what the foreperson says in this clip wherein he states that he “looked at her day 1, as an innocent woman, that needed to be proven guilty”. That is NOT a predisposed bias towards innocence. That does not mean he came in as ringer for the defense. THAT IS the Presumption of Innocence. That’s how this thing works, and the foreperson has restored even more faith that the system can and does work. Well done Sir!
