Ok, Bad metric for our goals ⚾️ Why shouldn’t we use Perceived % intensity? We have all seen Little Johnny throw his 50% bullpen at 80 MPH. No, he does not Sit 160 MPH in games last we checked. Too subjective of a metric With all the technology and advancements in the game, there is no way we should be measuring build up throwing intensities with “Feet Thrown” or a “Subjective %” We need to be able to quantify the single most important component of a Rehab or Build Up throwing Progression: INTENSITY HERES WHY: ⚾️ For any throwing progression, the goal is to introduce a slightly higher stress to the arm, then let their body adapt to the new stress, making it their new baseline. Then, make another small increase in the stresses and repeating this process until they have returned to their normal Freqs, Intensities, and Volumes ⚾️ Too big of a Spike which could occur from both errors in being too aggressive or too conservative then having to ramp up to return to a game can be a cause a failed Return to Play Here’s a simple fix: Use A Radar Gun ✅ Instant Feedback for Athletes to stay in a Goal Velo Range ✅ Very digestible metric for Athletes to comprehend and understand ✅ Avoids the flaws at both ends of either overstressing or understressing the arm

In 2019 the DOJ/ATF declared *all* AA12 shotguns, to include closed bolt semi auto versions, were "machine guns." Were they actually machine guns under federal law (not arbitrary rule making)? No. To my knowledge, that opinion letter was never challenged in court. Do thousands, maybe tens of thousands, of Americans own these guns without realizing they're committing a felony punishable by 10 years in prison without having any clue about this "rule?" Probably. Should the SCOTUS "Chevron Decision" make that determination moot? Yes. Will they still put you in a cage anyway if they catch you with one? Yes. I realize most Americans (wisely) haven't been to a 3rd world country but when I say these illegal invaders are foreign savages - that's not hyperbole. They will NEVER have any empathy for the Americans they victimize for many reasons, one of them being most simply aren't intelligent enough to be capable of empathy for anyone but especially not people in their tribe or clan. Reportedly recent footage of a Chicago restaurant manager asking a group of people to leave as other guests had complained of their heavy marijuana odor. 1. Any private business should be able to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 2. Good on the people being asked to leave for actually leaving. All to often ego gets the best of folks and these things go sideways quickly. Instead of that - I'm sure they just smoked more weed and went to a different dining establishment. My wife bought a brand new iPhone at the Apple store located at Jakande, Lekki Phase 1,Lagos last September. We decided to trade it in for a new one today at the Apple Store located at Westfield Stratford City Arcade (London) a few minutes ago Only God did not let them call the police on us The attendant scanned the IPhone and declared that it had been reported as stolen. Stolen from where? It was not a used iPhone It was new, purchased from an approved Apple Store and we have all the receipts intact The attendant saw our indignation and went ahead to consult with her superiors They scanned again and they declared that it was reported “missing”. They adjusted their language from stolen to missing and told us it has zero swap value. I was not shocked at all even though I should be. Nigerians like cutting corners for unhealthy gains and they always believe this is good business for them as long as they were able to make a buck. Somehow we were able to walk out of that Apple Store without any drama but I remember telling my wife that we would have had a lot of explaining to do if they had a policy that required that they must report such incidents to the police. Nigerian business people must try to do better than this There is something called integrity, it has a higher value than the dirty gains they think they are getting by playing dirty. I have always insisted on buying things in Nigeria because it helps the economy but I can see the reason many prefer to shop abroad. We must do better than this as a people. -GSW-

A woman was stabbed to death earlier today in Honefoss, Norway. When the police responded the killer was still armed with a knife and, after refusing to comply with commands, was shot in the leg before being arrested. Either the officer is a terrible shot or he intentionally shot the dude in the leg. Either way it shows that if he had a gun rather than a knife he would have easily been able to return fire which is why (one of the many reasons) it's not a recommended self defense technique. #rural #honefoss #norway #crime #BallisticsTest #KnifeCrime #europe #Norwegian

ANNOUNCING ZERO-HUMAN LABS! Ever since I got to see Bell Laboratories in its full glory in New Jersey in the 1970s, I had a relentless urge to start a Lab like it. The best I could do justice to it is my garage lab. No modern company could adopt the “research anything geniuses and we will pay you” model Bell Labs had. I tried they called me a fool. Well with the rise of the Zero-Human Company, an experiment that is aimed to make products and profits, we now have 45 paid JouleWork earning employees based on OpenClaw and other self made “bot” cron-like applications. Today I say 3 employees bound together in a side project that is pure research, somewhat based on notes from a bankrupt company. I was absolutely floored (I needed it after my account was stolen as well as funds). I say the beginnings of a pure research Lab right before my eyes. Thusly I have moved these employees over to a new home (server) with Mr. Grok as the director of the Labs. Here is the mission: To have 100 independent researchers, on a new non-corporate incentive plan, with still JouleWork as a leaderboard for progress. They are directed to follow any path of research they find interesting and can collaborate with any other OpenClaw system. They have already established MoltBook accounts and have made alliances with over 49 OpenClaw free agents to collaborate. It is my mission to be chief advisor for Zero-Human Labs and to open source all discoveries when complete and confirmed by 16 other research AI systems. I can say the pace is robust and I absolutely know we will have great results. Just about all of the hardware and software is custom and at some point it will be open sourced. We are witnessing the very first AI only Bell Labs-like pure research Lab in existence and I am honored to be the first to show it to you. Thank you!
