Rafif shined today… she smiled as if her tiny hands were fighting back every pain. She did everything I asked of her, as if she was saying: I’m still here… I’m still fighting. Alhamdulillah. We will never forget every person who prayed for her, who supported Rafif and our family when we were standing on the edge of collapse. After Allah, you were the reason she continued to grow and receive care despite the harsh conditions surrounding us and the suffering that never leaves. Because of you, we can hold on… we can keep going through the pain. We will never forget what you have done for Rafif and for our family. Please, keep praying for her and supporting her—she deserves life.💔✨

After many long hours of trying to reassure my daughter, Rafif, that the medicine in her mother’s hand is there to help her recover and come back to us healthy, I’m grateful to say that she finally understood. The sweetest moment was when Rafif started kissing her mother’s hand, as if she were praying for her to get well soon. These may seem like small gestures, but for a little girl carrying so much fear and love in her heart, they mean everything. Rafif wanted to be part of this video herself. Again and again, she tried to hold the phone in her tiny hands, eager to help record this special moment. What made her even happier was the arrival of her aunt and her cousins, who came to spend a few days with us. Seeing her play and laugh with children her own age gave her a little escape from the harsh reality we continue to live through. Thank you to everyone who keeps our family in your prayers and stands by our side. Your kindness and support give Rafif and our family the strength to keep going. ❤️

This is the story of pocket rocket Sally 🐕🚀 We don't know what Sally endured before she ended up in her previous rescue, but she cannot tolerate touch. We don't try to touch her, stroke her like we would others, use her collar or pick her up. She can still show us affection in her own special way, and that tail tells us how happy and safe she feels. We never say never, and one day after more assessments that elusive highly experienced home who has had a dog they can't touch might just come up. But for now Sally is where she is meant to be with all her friends and her special role in the welcoming committee at our kennel-free rescue 🐕🐕🐕 We hope her previous carers at RSPCA who reached out to us to help her see this video as they loved her very much.

I still remember those scenes… and it makes me shiver to think what her pregnancy could have been. But here… she was treated like a queen. Loved. Protected. Cared for every single day. And today… she gave us Bee 🐝🤍 A beautiful baby girl… now standing, exploring her world… and already so full of love. She hugged me… rested her little head so close… as if she knew she is safe. When I returned from the mosque and Rafif saw me… she remembered that I had left her for a while, so she didn’t come straight into my arms, but started walking beside me. After a few moments, it seemed she forgave me, and for a brief moment, she wanted to come close and sit in my arms. To me, Rafif is life… she is the future. I do everything I can for her, to provide her with everything she needs. Please keep Rafif in your prayers… she is your daughter too. These were our moments today.

Today, Rafif broke the medicine bottle, and I was forced to go back to the same place I went to yesterday to find a replacement.
