Since my OG training and #sor journey, I realized how vital handwriting is. In my experience, Iike reading, handwriting is not explicitly taught. Here I created a roll and trace where Ss rolls the die and trace a letter. Do you use a program for handwriting?

Drawing engages visuomotor networks and sensory-motor integration and can help you tolerate uncomfortable emotions. Research shows that it reduces amygdala activation. When you can name the feeling and express it, you've gotten it out of your head.
