Face pulls might actually be my favorite lift right now. Everyone thinks they’re some boring shoulder health exercise but they absolutely blow up your rear delts, traps and upper back. Basically just makes you look huge too What’s your favorite lift?

Bench brother (hip adductor machine)

Ok bench coming Hip adductor machine i’m banned from for some reason. They told me I can’t go near there anymore

Two notes 1. More external rotation I.e grip it differently and or use the longer rope so you can go wider (not all gyms have) 2. Make it a killer at the top of the hold, make a Y shape (Y,T,W=massive shoulders) you will have to drop the weight to do this - you will never go back

Are you jacked or something now? You were skinniest dude of all time I could beat you 21-0 in hoops

X being lame for video upload but I’ve done all the things at some point Lived in boulder co (healthiest city in America) and went to undergrad for physiology = 💪 External rotation good on shoulders Internal bad Now focused on being able to crush a Barry’s class+mobility

and doing it at 6ft7 with a 6ft8 wing span = Hardo mode Jealous of short lifters

But who would win in a game of 1 on 1 basketball? Me or you? Tell the people

probably you I don’t ball and haven’t in like 7 years. It’s a terrible sport on the body after you hit 28.

I find for rear delts i get the best results with heavy barbell shoulder presses and t bar rows

Lower the cable trolley to below your hand level, and so that it's pulling downward. It'll put more emphasis on your rear delt. Might post an example video.

Pull ups! 💪🏿

Pull ups are also my fav. How many can you do?

The most I’ve ever done straight was 30, that was earlier this year I never attempted that many straight again

Deadlifts. The goat exercise

Face pulls are great if you can actually progress them, but once the stack turns them into a whole-body movement, the target tension drops. My pick is the weighted dip: easy to track, brutally efficient, and hard to fake.

Don’t neglect legs 🦵

I do that same exercise regularly. Great workout.

Because it is boring, it works. I never have fun during my workouts. To me if you are having fun, your output is low, but some people are built different.

Same lift but lean back on lat pull down machine. 🤌

Heavy single arm rows with my powerblocks

Any lower body exercise, you should check them out

Aaaaaah ok I’m going today

Prove it

Ok

Currently I'm really digging wide grip pull ups and shoulder dips. The DOM's I'm getting from those are mental.

After many shoulder dislocations and rotator cuff surgery this is my favorite exercise

Best way to correct posture for those who sit slumped over a keyboard or hunched over their phones all day

These have always felt awkward to me. Maybe I just have bad shoulder mobility.

Bulgarian split squats

Beast

I love facepulls, great for posture too. It’s specially great to do at the end of a push day for some balance (high reps).

Despite many people's negative opinions about it, for me it's behind-the-neck barbell overhead press.

did these yesterday and i’m feeling it

Not into them. Just aren't pulling enough weight. More bang for your buck exercises aka pulling more weight to hit that area.

squats are the best lift period. difficult and painful but rewarding.

Brother, u got to be doing this on a seated row machine.

110 lb squats if you know what I mean…hehe I don’t even know what that means

why are you turning into temu fitness influencer

Face pulls are under rated.

What's the leg sleeve for while doing upper body?

Also amazing for overall upper back and shoulder health

I’m a fan of those too. Favorite lift is probably deadlift, I like the way I feel right after a heavy set.

Incline dumbbell curl

This is unfortunately a staple because people just see it a lot but it's absolute ass for shoulder development. Does nothing special for the rear delts or the side.
