I grew up with two parents who didn’t go to college but worked hard to get by. I’m not a billionaire. I’m a small business owner, husband, and father of two, and I understand what families are up against. Georgia’s $5.15 minimum wage is unacceptable. We need to raise it to at least $15 an hour and keep going, while making sure workers across our state are paid fairly. I’ll work every day to lower costs and make sure hard work pays off.

When I launched Attention Copilot, I mostly thought of it as a way to help people get unstuck in one session: Bring a task that feels ugh, reconnect with why it matters, and do it while a coach tracks your attention and inner state. When resistance shows up, we work with it in the moment instead of just talking about it or white-knuckling through it. That still feels core! But after watching people work with us over weeks and months, one pattern stands out: important work is where this stuff shows up. The work that matters asks for more clarity, courage, patience, or focus than your default habits make easy. So when you practice working with resistance while actually doing it, your relationship to work starts to change. For some people, especially at high-growth startups, this looks very practical. Everything wants your attention, and sessions protect time to get clear on what matters, do deep work, and move it forward. For others, AC feels like finally bringing meditation and inner work into the work itself, right when the reactive patterns show up. Either way, the training rep is the same: stay with what matters, work with what comes up, move the thing forward, and get better at doing that outside the session too. A few of the people we’ve worked with for a while put it better than I can!

The North Campus at Giga Texas (aka Optimus 10M/yr factory) work on the main foundation continues, with gravel & crushed concrete being laid down in a massive excavation on the south end, while GeoPier, footing construction & rebar cage assembly work makes progress on the middle to the north end of the site. The foundation work shows at least two types of footing construction underway, one of which appears as isolated footings (or pad footings) with a column starter cage which is a standard reinforced concrete foundation element used under individual columns in buildings. I’m not sure why there are serial kinds of footings being used here, but it is similar to what was used for the south extension to the main factory, along with a few other areas in the main building.

Lower receipts Really just one receipt. This was first session in a while where I just didn’t have it. Lackluster performance. You can kind of see it at the end where I’m just smirking to myself at how the session is going. Couldn’t get on the calf machine today. Every time I went over to it somebody was using it. I’ll hit those sets tomorrow with my upper. A couple sets I dropped a rep which is fine and matched the rest. On paper you’d say that was successful but just the way I felt was not good. Knocked 45 minutes steps after Adductor x2 Single leg curl x2 Hyperextension x1 Hip Thrust x1 Leg extension x2 Single leg press x1 Biceps x2
