#BREAKING: ICE is going to stop including deaths of detainees who die up to 30 days after transfer to the hospital or deportation. So... they can abuse, starve & neglect detainees as long as they send them to the hospital, or deport them before they die, & there will be no accountability? 👉 18 detainees have died in ICE custody in the first 5 months of 2026. This includes both detention centers & ICE Processing Centers. 31 people died in ICE custody in all of 2025, showing a rise in deaths. The majority of the deaths were attributed to complications from existing health conditions, natural causes, or suspected suicides. At least one death was officially ruled a homicide by asphyxiation. 5 of the deaths so far this year have been ruled suicides, compared to 5 total for the entire year of 2025, showing an alarming trend. ICE gets paid an average of $160 per inmate, per day, plenty to properly care for them. Neglect & corporate greed killed these innocent immigrants. I hope all the Federal agents that are doing ICE raids especially under Greg Bovino know they don’t have qualified immunity and when this Administration is no longer in office they will be up on charges and will also be sued privately for their actions & crimes!

Under President Obama, there were 56 deaths in ICE Custody. Did you see anyone on the Left hold mass protests over that? No, because it didn't fit their political narrative. The Democrats don't have good candidates or policies, so they have to run on victims & tragedies. Sad!

The brother of Mohammad Nazeer Paktiawal tells Camilo Montoya-Galvez the last time he spoke to him, the 41-year-old Afghan father told him from ICE custody: “I’m not feeling well.” The next day, he says he got another call telling him his brother had died. Paktiawal had no known medical conditions or health issues, according to his brother, who believes he would still be alive had he not been arrested by ICE. Paktiawal, who had worked alongside U.S. forces in Afghanistan, died less than 24 hours after being detained in Texas. ICE says it is investigating his death, which comes as deaths of detainees in the agency’s custody continue to rise.

And we know that we have maybe 150, maybe more, Canadians in custody at ICE detention centers without the rule of law. Well, we had two Canadians under Chinese custody and it caused a huge outcry. We now have over 150 in the United States. So when the prime minister is talking about us needing to rethink our trade relationships and our strategic relationships, the fact that we’re now willing to entertain relations with the authoritarian government in Beijing shows that we can no longer maintain those relationships with the United States.

On April 8, ICE conducted an operation in Salem, Oregon, to arrest illegal alien Cristobal Felipe-Sarmiento. Sarmiento has a violent criminal history, including felony rape and sodomy. Anti-ICE activists doxxed all of the vehicles used in this operation, claiming that agents “kidnapped” an innocent community member. ICE said in a statement that Sarmiento “is who activists want to “protect.’” He will remain in ICE custody pending removal, the agency said.
