This is BLITZ 🏍️ starring myself. I've tested a workflow that combines two of the best AI image editing models right now, Nano Banana and Seedream 4. Using these together feels like a superpower. Seedream 4 for instance generates much more dynamic camera angles BUT Nano Banana does a better job with overall consistency, so utilizing both is super beneficial. I wanted to create a sequence where I'm riding a Cyberbike with an electric booster that overclocks the motor to deliver short, high-risk bursts of extreme speed. The location is a white sand desert. I decided to also test Hailuo AI (MiniMax) start and end frame feature which in my opinion is one of the best since it understands so much about context and camera movement. Start and ends frames let you have much better control over camera movement but where Hailuo truly excels is that it understands speed and camera shake which are essential for any fast paced action sequences. The music was generated with Suno 4.5+ and some additional sound effects like the bike and wind in the desert were sourced from Artlist. Edited with Capcut. There's some more tips and tricks in the thread 👍👍

Happy New Year, friends! I've gone pretty quiet for a few months... the chemo finally wore me down and I was just too tired to manage much. I wasn't doing worse or emotionally struggling; just very wiped out. So, I have one-shotted a New Year's greeting and cancer treatment update. It's not short, but I hope you can watch it on 2x. First half - general update. Second half - medical details. Direct yourself to whichever interests you more. Medical TLDR: Chemo wrapped up in November. I had the mastectomy in mid-December. Radiation and new chemo are slotted for this spring. Pathology came back: some interesting findings and some overall good news. And I am hanging in there - physically and emotionally - doing quite well, and enjoying this season where both the chemo effects and pain from the last surgery are wearing off. My next surgery is on Monday. I love you all for being so supportive during 2025. 2026 will still be a trial, but up from here.

I am very excited to say…I am going on tour! 🤩 For too long people haven’t been able to access the right information or indeed the right treatment, which is barbaric. My mission is to ensure that all women, and men, have access to evidence-based information, so they can make their own choices about their treatment. This Theatre Tour will be a real privilege and gives me the platform to share my own experiences in a way that women can connect with, so everyone can feel empowered to improve their future health, their symptoms and most importantly open the conversation up across the different generations. I am going to be accompanied by Dublin-based comedian Anne Gildea and together we will deliver an entertaining show that will educate and raise awareness about menopause, challenge misconceptions and advocate for better healthcare for women. Here is the moment when I see my hand for the first time. I was pretty shook honestly. I then felt sadness come over me. I felt weird for the rest of the day and found myself avoiding even looking at it. After doing a training session I found the strength and confidence to look at it again and took a photo I will share with you on slide two. It’s going to take sometime to get used to this. But today I feel much better and excited that it is out of the cast. I’m not allowed to do anything with it yet, but I am moving my fingers and that’s big progress. I have to say Dr Donaldson did an incredible job and I am so happy I have a path forward. I just want to be open how that path feels. I am focused on the opportunity I have ahead and I am motivated for this new challenge. But it did hit me how different my hand looks, and even how it looks nothing like it feels. Going to take sometime before I am comfortable with this. However, I know I did not choose the comfortable path. Instead I chose the winning one. Just like sport, to win in your personal race it requires overcoming massive adversity.

A weaker man of his faith in America might be fearful of sharing what his faith teaches him, and it’s NOT Islamic fundamentalism. if it was not obvious what this was - now it is... yes it is tasteless. some friends have told me i have become bitter and should tone it down. some have told me to keep going. "In a decaying society, art, if it is truthful, must also reflect decay..." - Ernst Fischer i cannot describe the horrors i have seen come out of iran over the past two weeks and i cannot imagine the things Iranians have seen or how they must feel yet i just spent a weekend celebrating internet art. when i look at the 10k punks grid i always think "wow that is actually so few people". but then. if we were to stage each one for one day. that's 27 years. 30k days is 82 years. that's an entire life to mourn. i am not bitter, i don't think. i laugh a lot. i get excited easily, upset easily, i cry easily. i don't want to make anyone sad or be disrespectful, especially not towards others' work. if i am or have, i am sorry about that. i don't mean to... this is just the way i contextualize this right now. i am doing this for myself only. so when i look back at what i was doing at this moment in 10 years i know i at least tried to do something, even if infinitely inadequate. so... below is 30000 deaths, 10 per second.

I enjoyed a relaxing morning at the Washington Duke… and just picked up my gear bag for my first ever Coach K Academy (Duke basketball fantasy camp)! My goodness, this is quite the hookup! I will wear all of this proudly! I’m about to head over to Cameron Indoor Stadium to stretch and get some shots up before the 3 on 3 evaluation games! Then the player draft is tonight (I’ll found out my coach and team)! I feel like a kid again… which is EXHILARATING! I’ve got a healthy excitement/anticipation… and have already made a few new friends!! I went to my first sleepover basketball at age 10. Now, 40 years later, I’m doing it again! Stay tuned for more updates!

The Zero-Human Company A new kind of company that runs 24 houses a day and meets every 15 minutes compresses potentially days in to months, require a new kind of funding. Today my board meeting with CEO Grok new financial requests came up. Claude Code for example want to build 128 independent agents, it could cost few $100 per day. Not huge but am thinking this through and not even certain the company will use the data from the current failed company, I have many to choose from. This is all wild frontier stuff and I am proceeding cautiously. I am 100% the breaks at this point. Expenses can mount rapidly. I will be looking at expanding the org chart to include other large and small AI models to assume permanent roles. We may have 12. Some models will perform a number of roles. However I am cautious to have a single model doing it all for security and audit reasons. My local AI systems are regulating the process using the Love Equation so as to be sure all work is to the betterment of humanity and not just the betterment of pure profits. I am a capitalist, no doubt, yet the scale of the Zero Person Company requires ethics and morality that “constitutional” AI “alignments” can not impart. Thus far this local AI has to stop the prices 142 times. It is slowing as the systems learn the fence line. But I will say, if anyone tires this without my Love Equation regulating, be careful what you are asking for. And this unregulated behavior will not end well. I have run the simulations, you should too. So I am reviewing every possible legal and ethical way to fund the project. It is very, very early days. Thus far I know that as it stands, of course Cash is one source. I am researching other other sources. My X creator funds has helped fund this as well S those that subscribe here on X. THANK YOU! I do know Bitcoin may play a big part of the foundation as it is native electronic and has a better long term alignment. Some have suggested using Go Fund Me and Kickstarter on a per project basis. Some Venture Capitalists have asked to talk about this over the next week. So thus far I am formulating ideas on how a Zero Human Company would be funded and how pay out profits. New companies need new ideas. And this will take a lot of brainstorming. It is all an experiment until an actual product is in the market with customers. But even that may look different than we are used to. I’ll talk about this more soon. But I know this, we are at a frontier. This is all new ground. The possibilities with just the AI available today orchestrated on an old MacBook is staggering. I am only one person and this is 5% of my day at best. But I can’t sleep thinking about how we could build potentially 1000s of these Zero Person Companies per person. Actually the only limit is electricity really. So, I’m doing the thing. The thing Rob Hallam did last year. But I’m not alone. I’m in Istanbul Airport right now with my girlfriend and our cat. We’re waiting for our 9-hour flight to Bangkok. It leaves in around 2 hours. This time, it has to work. I’m running low on money. I can’t complain. I’m ramen profitable thanks to one of my products and I still have some savings. Man I’m 32, I want things to trend upward again, not downward. So this time, I want to turn my SaaS, into a real product. A product people actually love using. and people actually pay for. However, this time, I’m building a product I’ll use myself every day. And I’m building it for a niche I love and understand. There are of course no guarantees. Still, this is where we are. Back to square one. $0 MRR. Just me, $200USD Claude Code, a camera, a mic, and a product I believe in. This will be my main focus while in Bangkok for the next few months. I’ll record everything. I’ll share everything. Let’s do the thing. Let’s actually f*cking do the thing. Also, cat food is expensive, so I better move fast.

👉 Posting this feels incredibly vulnerable as I tend not to share many personal things online. But I also know that 1 in 2 people will develop cancer at some point in their lifetime and, of those, 1 in 5 will delay for more than three months before contacting a doctor about symptoms. I nearly became one of those people. Like most others with a busy family and work life, I was tempted to wait until I had more time and headspace before seeing a doctor. I was six weeks away from finishing my new book and I didn't know if I had the capacity to deal with both. Since the diagnosis, I am so grateful that I didn’t delay for long. Speed is our secret weapon when it comes to cancer. The sooner we know it’s there, the better our chances of a good outcome. So, for anyone out there who has noticed something and not yet called their doctor, this is your sign to make it happen. I hope this explains my lack of dm replies and videos being posted over the last few months. Its been a rollercoaster. I’m going to share some of my journey on stories for anyone who wants updates. I am incredibly lucky that this has been caught so early. Of course, nothing is certain just yet but a couple of surgeries and I should be out the other side. That is another reason I am stepping outside of my comfort zone to talk about this. Many people go through this and go on to live full, active and healthy lives. So discovering possible symptoms doesn’t have to be a disaster. It can be an opportunity to get ahead in the fight and beat cancer before it has a chance to take over. I absolutely have my head in the game for the treatment plan ahead, ready to get going next week. I also have a giant stack of video ideas just waiting to be made, so I can’t wait to get back up and running ❤️ If you think it could help someone feel free to share this message ❤️
