Few things in Washington are more predictable than Congress renewing surveillance powers and promising to reform them later. I spoke on the House floor against the “temporary” clean reauthorization of the unconstitutional FISA 702 program.

It’s almost like you know a thing or two because you’ve seen a thing or two…

The fact that Trump endorsed Lindsay Graham but completely shunned Massie is the biggest joke of all time.

Every few years Congress tells us, “trust us, we’ll fix it later.” Then later never comes. If a program is constitutional and effective, defend it. If it violates Americans’ rights, end it. This one should be easy, get rid of it.

No FISA at all. There is no constitutional provision that allows our government to spy on us. Change the constitution if you want a surveillance state.
