When picking up a character: 1. Learn easy neutral moves first. 2. Add 1 more move into your gameplan everytime you feel comfortable with the previous moves you have learned from before. 3. 2 on loop. Don't bomb yourself with 100 of moves at the same time, then you will not understand when to use them in neutral and you will be very frustrated.
