First drive done with FSD v14.2.2.5. Zero interventions from Century City to Playa Vista, a mix of city driving and highway. I noticed quicker/more confident creeping at 3 unprotected right turns I encountered so far. More drives to come.

Really impressive first few drives with FSD v14 lite! Big leap in capability and feature set from v12.6.4, it’s tuned for safety right now so it’s taking things slow and smoothly. Highway performance was notably great. More videos and a very long form review later once I get a few more hours of driving in.

Here is my first drive on FSD V14.1.7 (with commentary). No interventions the entire drive. Overall, no major issues. It does feel a little smoother than 14.1.4. Mad Max Mode also seems to have a slightly lower top speed on the highway, and drives more comfortably, which is good. Looking forward to V14.2! 4K version in thread below.

🚨 Many of you asked us to test highway driving with Tesla Full Self-Driving v14.2.1.25. Here’s what we noticed: ✅ Speed Profiles are significantly improved. Hurry Mode is no longer capped at 10 MPH over the speed limit, and now travels with the flow of traffic. This is much more comfortable and requires no assistance on the driver’s end. Previously, I was helping it switch lanes with v14.2.1. ✅ Lane changes are performed much more confidently and FSD seems to make proper maneuvers at proper times. This was a regression in v14.2.1. This version is significantly better. ✅ Merging, switching lanes, and passing are all performed with zero interventions. Perhaps the most natural feeling of highway driving in an FSD update in some time. Well done Tesla AI

Tesla solved autonomy. I just had FSD v14.2.2.5 drive me on a 46 minute ride (40 miles) from Jagalchi in Daly City to McDonald's in San Jose. It took me from parking lot to parking lot. I never touched the steering wheel. I never touched the pedals. And I never disengaged.

First drive done with FSD v12.6.4 on my AI3 Model 3 and it went great. Very similar behavior to Cybertruck actually. Zero disengagement, zero intervention drive on a very similar drive that I just did in CT. Went from Century City to the Santa Monica supercharger on the same route almost back to back with the two. They fixed the small issue with the turn signal coming on too early, as well as it now has earlier lane changes. Very similar to the Cybertruck drive I just did with v13.2.8. It even avoided a van that almost sideswiped me in a turn, smoothly and swiftly. AI3 is getting crazy good, such a smooth drive. You can really tell it wants to back into a parking spot, but can’t yet. It swings out and all you have to do is reverse into it. So far, really good update. Feels like a more polished v12.6.3 which was already very good. Great work Tesla AI team!

I just had one of the best experiences ever on Tesla FSD today, and it was with V14 Lite (HW3). It drove me through incredible country roads, stop-and-go traffic, city driving, etc, with zero interventions. Two hours total of driving. Pretty insane how my 5 year old Tesla can now do this with just a single software update. I am honestly so impressed with V14 Lite.

I just had one of the best experiences ever on Tesla FSD today, and it was with V14 Lite (HW3). Driving is done everyone!! we can finally get in a car and drive across the whole city. Day 19 of building our own GTA 6 with a loop of AI agents. Today's progress: - Driving works now. you can get in a car and actually drive through the whole city. (BIG Shout out to J A Z I I) Right now it's laggy, because we are performance maxxxing. Next I'm going to make a pause menu to lower the performance.. After that it's all about the feel. driving, aiming, and shooting have to actually feel good, not just work, so the core gameplay is smooth. Quick question for everyone: for the demo, should we just get more drivable cars, multiplayer, and weapons at first, then enhance it from there?

Tesla FSD V14.3 first drive impressions: • Highway follow distance is more comfortable • Quicker take off from stop signs after coming to a complete stop • Highway lane change hesitation from previous versions seems gone for me • The navigation routes it takes are still sometimes confusing • It understood detour signs correctly on its way to a Supercharger, but got confused after with how to navigate to the Supercharger. It eventually figured it out. • For the most part, FSD does seem to be choosing parking spots closer to the designation, which is good, but I'm not noticing a big change in parking behavior overall. • Blinker activates later than previous version of FSD, a nice improvement • Speed profiles seem mostly the same Overall, I'm not noticing huge changes vs 14.2.2.5 in my first couple of drives, so I need more time with it. V14.3 does need some smoothening out, but I expect that with a bigger dot release like this. V14.3 feels like it's setting the stage for something larger to come, and that further reasoning capabilities will be added in future FSD updates.

First two drives done with FSD v14.2.2.4 (2025.45.9.1.) This seems like a bug fix/security update, but I did notice a slight improvement with parking. Both times I’ve had it reverse into a supercharger space so far, it didn’t swing out as tight and as sharply- which means there’s less steering input required for the reverse maneuver. This leads to smoother and quicker parking, and it’s done it twice so far so it’s not a placebo for me. I’ll see if I can get some videos from before (which wasn’t bad, just now it’s improved) to make a comparison.

It handled busy traffic, country roads, pulling over for emergency vehicles, etc. This was the longest drive I've ever done with V14 Lite, and it exceeded my expectations. It is incredible for road trips. Millions of HW3 vehicles are about to come alive.

Did a lot of V14 highway testing today. Major, major improvements. Follow distance is way more comfortable and dynamic based on speeds. The car always gets to the left when it can as cars merge onto the highway. Way faster reactions to speed changes and way sooner. There was a broken down car blocking the right lane, and FSD shifted left before I even noticed it. I hated how closely V13 followed cars in fast moving, dense traffic. I also hated that I’d see traffic pattern changes ahead before the car seemed to notice. All of these anxiety triggers are completely gone now. Highway driving has been magic so far. Here’s a clip of FSD safely and flawlessly handling the shortest merge lane of all time.
