I wanted to make something heartfelt and hopeful. Made this with just one Midjourney image (see in replies) and everything else was done inside Seedance, (apart from the Suno music track). Really pleased that model was able to maintain the animation style and give such solid character performances. Seedance is not the cheapest model but bang for buck it's produces the best quality results. The 1080p is virtually Broadcast quality IMHO. Seedance 2.0 is now available via BytePlus API

We just tested a lip sync workflow in Seedance 2.0… and it might actually compete with HeyGen and other avatar models 👀 You upload: – a reference image – a blacked out video with audio OR audio file – a prompt (camera motion + VO) The prompted VO is really important here to make sure the model doesn’t hallucinate or riff off of the original speaker verses. Feels like a legit breakthrough. Lip sync has been a pain point for a while, and this gets us a lot closer.

🇳🇱🗽 This is ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 with my New Amsterdam (current day New York City) Simulator prompt Unlike previous models like Seedance 1.5 (which would add windmills that didn't look Dutch), it really accurately portrays the city as it was in 1670 It's very impressive and because it takes reference image/video/audio, you can put yourself in it like I did here Only thing bad I see is some distortion in is some of the text which other video models seem to do better now, but yes it's very impressive This is purposely made to look a bit like a game, so it can do more photorealism than this actually

Tested the exact same prompt on Seedance 2.0 vs. Omni Flash, and the results are wild. 🤯 Both have their weird little AI mutations (we all know the struggle lol), but the biggest shocker? Since it got a bit of attention, I'm sharing the Seedance 2.0 prompts. It's not really the kind of prompt system I want yet, I'm working on a better method that performs more consistently. I'll share that with details soon. Also the previs prompt with gpt image 2 isn't ready yet. The one here was just loosely put together in chat with rough directions. Also working on a proper template for that. You can find the Seedance 2.0 prompts in the replies.
