It looks like they're really capturing the true spirit of Silent Hill, beating monsters with a stick and shooting them in the face

I’m not digging the actiony RE4-inspired combat. Doesn’t suit Silent Hill.

I am very excited for the remake but this gameplay footage doesn’t look good whatsoever. I hope things turn out better eventually, still looking forward to it.

Everything looked fine until I saw the combat 🥴

First half looked great. Vibes were there. Was getting excited. But building the trailer up to cut to a janky, honestly pretty weak-hitting action montage wasn't the best choice. Reserving judgement. 🤞
