Fix High CPU Usage in Windows in Just 2 Minutes (Advanced Fix)

1. download ventoy 2. download any linux iso 3. boot from it, then install my cpu went from always going to 100% when moving windows to never going above 5% usage (nobara 44)

You may also want to determine what is causing the high CPU usage in the first instance, rather that going straight to the registry and butchering important .dlls, just a thought...
