oh i'm convinced, there's a comic book like shader left in the game but they don't use it i'm betting disney/marvel were against it

Interesting, lighting can be both character and background specific? Is this per costume slot or does it apply universally across each of their palettes?

Do they have any decent mods for custom characters? I think the roster was probably the most egregious fault of the game. Which sucks too because they had some neat newcomers on the Capcom side.

Finally... I think I've almost succeeded in making a Cel Shader. I plan to release this resource to the modding community once I've cleaned it up a bit and fixed a few issues. I'm excited to see how many people will be able to create Cel Shading mods...!
