If the phone was transferred to Lank before he arrived at 34 Fairview, it could explain the 400+ steps recorded at 6:04 a.m. and the phone’s activity that entire morning. Lank met with Jen McCabe later that morning and she had her “Did I hit him?” recollection. He also makes a call to Gallagher after this meeting to put on the record the scene officers heard Karen say this, to which they all later testified they did not. Lank also appears to admit having John’s phone in Officer Saraf’s cruiser. Jen McCabe and Kerry Roberts also met with Lank the next morning. That meeting was never disclosed to the defense or documented, which gave us Jen McCabe’s awkward cross examination “OH MY GOSH” testimony. If the phone was transferred to Lank before he arrived at 34 Fairview, it could explain the 400+ steps recorded at 6:04 a.m. and the phone’s activity that entire morning. Lank met with Jen McCabe later that morning and she had her “Did I hit him?” recollection. He also makes a call to Gallagher after this meeting to put on the record the scene officers heard Karen say this, to which they all later testified they did not. Lank also appears to admit having John’s phone in Officer Saraf’s cruiser. Jen McCabe and Kerry Roberts also met with Lank the next morning. That meeting was never disclosed to the defense or documented, which gave us Jen McCabe’s awkward cross examination “OH MY GOSH” testimony. Guarino claimed in his police report that Proctor secured John’s phone on the 29th at the scene, which we know was not accurate. Still, questions remain: ✨How else would so many steps be recorded before their arrival at 34 Fairview if this is not correct? ✨Why transfer the phone to Lank instead of placing it under John?
