SpaceX Starship reached orbit for the first time on its 14th test flight and successfully deploying 26 next- generation Starlink V3 satellites. 🇺🇸 The number that matters most here is six, not one. Starship's upper stage carries six Raptor engines specifically so that losing one mid ascent doesn't end the mission, and Flight 14 is the first time that design assumption has actually been tested in the exact scenario it was built for: an engine dropping out early in the climb, on a flight that then still reached orbit and completed its full satellite deployment. That's a meaningfully different story from a rocket surviving a problem by luck; it's a rocket surviving a problem because the vehicle was designed with enough margin to absorb it, which is precisely the case SpaceX has been making for building Starship with engine out capacity in the first place.

The Cybertruck is finally here, I am even considering buying one after reading about it, and after being driven around in Teslas in Europe and America, they are pretty cool. The stainless steel body is uniquely weird, one wonders whether finger prints would show, what will happen to the scratches on the stainless body? The Cybertruck's stainless steel body is designed to be durable and resist corrosion, so it is certainly good for Africa, and with the top of the range costing US$69,900 and the lower end at US$39,900, that is a pretty good buy. If I ever buy one, it is because it is a battery car and it can go into rough terrain and live to the story. We have a pretty good idea of how to operate just really large constellations and do it safely now We are the only operator that has any experience at that scale. It is a great thing that we have this background, so we know how tightly we can pack the satellites and fly them safely. That is a number one goal when we look at the constellation
