No. You fly that way so you can stay fairly close to land in case of emergencies.

Use your “flat Earth map.” Draw that straight line from Seattle to Japan… then use those rounded latitudinal lines as a flight path. Now… go back to the first part of the video and compare the two. It’s at this point that you may realize that you are in fact retarded

Shouldn't the lines (that denotes the longitude lines) run parallel with each other and not as lines that run with a common angle point on this so-called flat earth map you're showing. In other words; the lines on a this map shouldn't have the same starting end point.

Since we’re all just speculating, I think the flight route that is taken is safer in case of an emergency landing. You can’t emergency land in the ocean. If you have a mechanical failure, there will be a point of no return. Just seems like the most obvious answer.

Get a string on a globe at home and run it from CA to Japan. It will always be shorter going to Alaska like the first illustration. Saying “flying straight across the pacific is the “shortest route””Is a complete lie.

Wanna speak flight paths? Explain this Flatturds. Why does the red flight take approximately the same time as the green flight on your map? Despite being more than twice the distance?

Maybe when showing a diagram of a globe you actually use a 🌎 and not a flat map 🗺️

When you got a lot of mouth and no education in Aviation. They fly north bc they SAVE GAS where the circumference of the earth is less then flying where is far greater. You just proved the earth is round. Good job. Keep up the good work👍🏾

When will flerfs learn how to navigate on a globe? A flight from Seattle to Tokyo doesn’t pass over mainland Alaska, but it also wouldn’t follow a line of latitude. Seriously, flerfs and navigation do NOT go well together.

You are aware the land masses are portionally inaccurate right?

Use an actual globe and you’ll figure it out. Having a flattened out map is not an accurate way to demonstrate this. You sound very uneducated.

If you are going to demonstrate flight paths on a globe you need to use a model of the….wait for it…globe! 🙄 You’re showing flight paths on a flat map.

Planes flying from the Americas to Asia don’t fly straight west across the Pacific. Instead, they arc far north near the Arctic on curved "Great Circle" routes. Because the Earth is a sphere, these curves are mathematically the shortest distance, saving airlines in time and fuel

Shortest route is not always the defining reason for a choice. They have to drop off certain passengers they have to give service to various cities, and they have to have refueling and food stops. A straight line is not always the best choice and in no way indicates that the Earth is flat when ancient cultures described in India thousands of years ago the fact of Vera and of people rising up above the Earth high enough to see it’s curvature. Curvature. Curvature.

What about the gulf stream and other wind patterns? Those arent addressed in this hypothesis

Stop propagating this stupidity once & for all FFS The reason its curved is because the world IS a globe. The map of the world is drawn in a way that land distances by sea is accurate on a flat paper And using your flat world map, flights from Melbourne to LA is over PNG & far!

retard. the flat earth map is just a norh pole picture of a globe. so yes the shortest path looks like a curve a straight line on the pole map. and like a curved path on a flatened globe map. dumbass

Bro. You are confusing the line for a route haha. It’s not that difficult bro. What you are seeing is a simple animation and the only thing that is relevant is the start and end point haha. I feel so sorry for you guys. You all have such low IQ’s. I’m not trying to be mean.

Dear Einstein, the United states just sent the Artemis II rocket, with a crew of four, from earth and circumvented the moon, and returned back to Earth. For two days they were able to see the Earth on their way back. Don’t you think the crew would’ve announced to everyone?

You just proved the point against yourself in one fail swoop a straight line from New York to Moscow would have to cross the curvature of the Earth and therefore is a longer distance, dummy, The earth is round maybe a little oval but round

Flights on Planes Live show direct lines. Flat earth psyop was supported by the Rockefellers to make a controlled opposition.

Yeah. Curvature of measurement. Imagine idiots who are learning flat pancakes.

On a real globe you get the same flight patterns as shortest rout. Can’t use a liner (?) to measure it but use a string of cord.

I hate that giving engagement to this, but they are great circle routes, which you know, follow the shortest route based on curvature of the earth

You’re right. The earth is flat and the stars are just a big black curtain with lights attached. If the earth was a sphere all the water would run off into the curtains. Keep on doing all this scientific research for the benefit of humanity. Don’t let the trolls deceive you. 🙄

Make perfect sense when all factors are taken into consideration. Planetary shape, economic viability, passenger demand. What flerfs don't EVER do is think.
