In addition to IWOARG, comprised of flagship amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) and amphibious transport docks USS San Antonio (LPD 17) and USS Fort Lauderdale (LPD 28), the U.S. Navy is reportedly tasking several guided-missile destroyers, a Tico cruiser, nuclear-powered fast attack sub, and P-8A Poseidon aircraft to U.S. Southern Command.
