Why does it feel like someone needs to go to jail for allowing these blatant constructions on the footpath

Footpaths on this stretch of road especially in front of Nandana Parking site is broken. Need a fix. Also granite slabs rather than cement blocks are better

@GBA_office @krishnabgowda @BCCCofficial if you have guts clear the entire kr market area and then talk élse only time pass done from encroachment kr market and avenue road, sp road till townhall stretch need to be clear. Then it will commendable else forget it.

Most of the roads other than Malleshwaram area have decent walkable areas even with street vendors . They shud choose Outer Ring Road nearby localities that’s where the max traction happens and need walkability .. didn’t see movement in Hosa Road, Haralur

We are very quick to destroy something but will take a year to clear the debris and rebuild the footpaths

Were all these illegal structures built without any knowledge of the BBMP staff?? Or is it that political parties in the past forced the BBMP staff to turn a blind eye?? Or is everyone involved in taking bribes and letting all encroachment happen?

This drive needs to be done once every 6 months. Not just clear the footpath, but also heavy fines needs to be levied on these encroachers.

You are clearing in one area and they are popping up back in previous area, either on footpath or on road now.

Am I only one who feels before was better than after!

Why NOT take serious action against the corporation administration team in these areas? What is the point in just breaking things while letting the officers go scott free @GBAChiefComm @krishnabgowda
