Bengaluru's footpath encroachment clearance drive continued across the city's corporations on July 8. Look at the level of encroachment that was done in IT Sector of Kolkata. And nobody had problem not able to walk on the footpath for last 3 decades. Chalta hai attitude of previous government and people resulted into this.
