Jaguar launched this rebrand this morning. 🤔

My question exactly

Objective analysis by one of the best Comms & PR expert out there:

when my wife asks why i didn’t put the dishes in the sink
I keep thinking of the Mad Men episodes where they pitched (essentially) that Jaguar is the mistress that you can take out in public.

They used to know their audience. 🤷♂️

I think the real question should be, who or whom is approving these ads? Anyone can create and submit anything, but it has to go through an approval process. No?

This one's easy: rich, wanna-be-hot-and-get-hot-babes white guys. Oh and a couple quick nods to lady drivers too. I guess they think wealthy stylish people are not all white anymore. Or something like that.

Emotional Responses: Old Ad - "Success" New Ad - "We're the Teletubbies"

I’ve spent my entire career in the advertising industry. It never ceases to amaze me- the hubris and disconnect agencies or in-house teams have to the market. 800+ designers. Big oof @Jaguar
