For decades, H-1B visas were sold as a way to keep America competitive. In reality, it was a scam. The H-1B pipeline kneecapped a generation of American workers, undercut American wages, and transferred industries into the hands of foreign lobbies. It’s time to stop the scam.

The Trump administration just proposed a massive new $100,000 fee on H-1B visas. The fee would apply to petitions for skilled foreign workers, including many already living in the United States. The move is designed to protect American workers and reduce abuse of the program. Another major step to put American jobs first.

The H-1B program was designed to allow employers to hire a limited number of high-skilled specialty workers—but it has been abused for decades at the expense of American workers. Now, fraud, nepotism, and corruption affect every stage of the H-1B visa process. Alb

🤯 Trump Raises Work Visa Fee for Foreigners 500-Fold — to $100,000 The Trump administration plans to introduce an annual fee of $100,000 for every H-1B work visa. These visas are critical for the U.S. tech sector, which relies heavily on skilled workers from India and China. The new measure could deliver a serious blow to the entire industry. Since taking office, Trump has pursued a broad anti-immigration campaign, including restrictions on legal pathways. Now, a key program for highly qualified workers is on the line. The administration argues the law will push companies to hire more Americans instead of bringing in specialists from abroad.

ANOTHER TRUMP "TARIFF"! U.S imposes $100,000 application fee on H-1B visa. Indians currently make up about 71% of new H-1B visa beneficiaries. So this fee would hit Indian professionals hardest. India got 191,000 H-1B visas in FY 2023, rising to 207,000 in FY 2024.

"And it's definitely to the benefit of corporations, tech companies - that can hire foreign workers...trust me on this...CHEAPER than American workers." BANNON: Lutnick says H-1Bs have collapsed bc of the new fees and it’s not a problem anymore. JENKS That’s absolutely not true. The H-1B cap is full for this year and 2027. The foreign student to OPT to H-1B pipeline is alive and well, and the $100K fee doesn’t even apply to those workers. Just ask any American tech worker. They’ll tell you exactly what the problems are with H-1B.

NEW: VP Vance calls out major U.S. companies for allegedly abusing the H-1B visa program to use cheap, foreign workers to replace Americans. "The H-1B visa program is meant to allow companies to bring in really the best of the best from outside the United States of America for positions that are completely impossible to fill with American workers." "Unfortunately, the program has become rife with fraud over the last several years, probably the last several decades."

Secretary Mullin claims that over 200,000 H-1B workers have paid the illegal $100,000 tax on H-1B petitions. That'd be a staggering $20 BILLION in revenue in 6 months! But there's no way it's true. DOJ has said in court filings that H-1B fee revenue is way, way down!

Wow. JD Vance calls out Big Tech and H-1B visas: “Microsoft just laid off 9,000 American tech workers, but they’ve applied for thousands of H-1B visas. Don’t tell me you can’t find workers here. The math doesn’t add up.”

No American should have to train their H-1B replacement. Foreign workers are taking high-skill jobs for pennies on the dollar under H-1B visas, pushing Americans out of the labor market. Kevin Lynn

🚨 Microsoft is raking in record profits, yet they’re laying off American workers and bringing in thousands on H-1B visas. The entire purpose of the H-1B program is to enable companies to AVOID hiring Americans. This is insane.

JENKS: Yes, new H-1Bs from abroad are down because of the $100K fee. But companies are backfilling with foreign workers and students already here, so there’s no real drop in total H-1B visas.
