Students and Shannon Miller, a mother, at Roseburg High School spoke with Rick Dancer about their walkout and why female students don’t feel safe or protected. The Roseburg High School administration sent a letter to parents stating: ‘We want to assure you that the safety and well-being of all our students is our top priority.’ Mm hmm, ok. To be clear, when laws fail to prioritize the protection and safety of girls and women, schools cannot effectively ensure their safety. Oregon Democrats are responsible for these laws and must be held accountable.

I strongly think the FG should implement a 3‑year JAMB result validity law to reduce unnecessary financial burden for students and families. The students may not be able to speak up, but we need to speak up for them. They are future and we can't ignore them.

Today, I was honored to join students in Miami for Cuban Independence Day and speak about the importance of freedom, education, and the dangers of communism. In the Florida Senate, I was proud to help lead and pass anti-communist legislation to ensure students learn the truth about the horrors of communist regimes and the millions of lives destroyed by them. Florida will always stand for liberty and make sure the next generation understands that freedom must be protected.

" Barnabas Nawangwe must not only revoke the suspension of the #HungryatMakerere students, he must apologise to them for such unjust and brutal treatment." This morning I took the 3 suspended students to meet Isaac Ssemakadde the president of Uganda Law Society. He was offended by the militarism which Nawangwe unleashed on the hungry students. ULS presido gave so much hope to the students promising Nawangwe that he will personally be sued as an individual for violating students rights with illegitimate suspensions and dismissals. "I now have an army of 5600 lawyers to fight for justice. I am going to start by releasing 40 lawyers to work on these students cases." I think Isaac Ssemakadde was ordained of God to come and fight for our students rights. If Nawangwe thought that the suspensions were tools to Bully and intimidate the hungry and vulnerable students, he was so wrong.. Makereres Old boys are coming to the rescue.
