Can confirm, that is a high quality bench press that will yield two things with 100% reliability 1) gains in strength Direct corresponding 2) gains in muscle size Pause reps = the winning formula The bouncy gimmicks ensure your strength gains may or may not just be better bounces and not better ability to contract muscular tissue

Tate is doing the opposite of the shortcut you should take. Like, a set of rapid partials is fine but it should be partials at the bottom of the rep to stretch the pecs... Not just locking out the elbows over and over again with no other motion.

Marc is a Beast. I saw him in person repping out 100 plus pound dumbbells for 10 sets of 10 to 12 reps and made it look easy.
