This man who is a landscaper said you should never build a tree coffin around a tree. He said it ends up making the tree die by restricting the roots and having too much mulch. I never knew they were called "tree coffins". I looked it up and it does say they can be very detrimental to your tree if not done correctly. The pavers can restrict root growth and the mulch shouldn't be too thick or torching the base of the tree. I have seen some pretty nice "tree coffins". I never knew they were bad for your trees. Do you have these around your trees? Did you build one a certain way that allows your tree to flourish? What about the people who cemented their pavers together and in the ground?

This pilot calling 911 from the top of a tree sounds almost unreal 😳 After crashing short of the runway, he ends up stuck high in the branches calmly telling dispatch he doesn’t even need an ambulance… he needs a tree climber, and fast. What gets me is how composed he sounds considering his plane is literally hanging in the trees. You can hear the mix of frustration and disbelief in his voice like he knows this is going to become a story nobody will ever let him live down. Honestly, the outcome could’ve been so much worse. The fact he was able to make that call at all feels incredibly lucky ✈️🌲

This family went out of town for vacation. When they got back they noticed the neighbor had cut down some branches from their tree that were hanging over to their side. No discussion, no contact, they felt like they waited until they were gone to trim the tree. Many people said that if it is on their side hanging over they have every right to cut those branches.
