As someone with lived experience, outdated attitudes within the NHS, particularly in Accident and Emergency (A&E) departments, often lead to our needs being misunderstood or overlooked. This creates anxiety for us and our families, who are concerned about our safety. A&E departments must prioritize understanding and making accommodations to ensure that everyone feels safe in healthcare. #HealthcareForAll #DisabilityRights #NHSEquality

We have a broken healthcare system that must be fixed, but the solution in the short-term isn't to deny people of the ACA tax credits that they rely on. But the NHS has a gross deficit compared to our European neighbours" "An average European country has 30% more doctors..
