Had my Lunch, then the second factory by 1:30 PM. 3:00 → third factory. 4:30 → fourth factory. By 6:30 PM, back on the train to Hong Kong. 🇭🇰 3 cities, 4 factories, 1 day. ✅ This works because of: - insane infrastructure, - ⁠tight ecosystems - train connectivity, and - factories being super prepared. Everything is ready for discussion. Quick in and out. You can’t measure this kind of productivity… until you experience it yourself.

You may not know this about me. During COVID I attempted for 3 years to build a bridge from the farm gate to the local town. We were the center of the plate of many local restaurants, as well as portioned controlled meats for major food distributors. We went from 6 to 46 employees 20k a month to 800k/month. But it didn't just take my 46... it took a constellation of other people filling in the gaps. Tearing it down was just as much work as building it. I am proud of where I stand now with everyone involved. I grew more with that storm. For a while I was embarrassed that I couldn't make this thing run forward. One day I decided to look at it from a different angle. I decoupled experience from failure. Today I want to facilitate whatever it takes to pick up the pieces of what I learned to help whoever it is that wants to be part of the change in direction. I don't want to own the damn thing. I want to find the missing pieces of the puzzle so we can build back better.

⚾️ Why shouldn’t we use feet to measure intensity? Have you seen somebody throw 90 MPH from 90’? Have you seen somebody throw 65 MPH from 90’? Yes and Yes! Ok, Bad metric for our goals ⚾️ Why shouldn’t we use Perceived % intensity? We have all seen Little Johnny throw his 50% bullpen at 80 MPH. No, he does not Sit 160 MPH in games last we checked. Too subjective of a metric With all the technology and advancements in the game, there is no way we should be measuring build up throwing intensities with “Feet Thrown” or a “Subjective %” We need to be able to quantify the single most important component of a Rehab or Build Up throwing Progression: INTENSITY HERES WHY: ⚾️ For any throwing progression, the goal is to introduce a slightly higher stress to the arm, then let their body adapt to the new stress, making it their new baseline. Then, make another small increase in the stresses and repeating this process until they have returned to their normal Freqs, Intensities, and Volumes ⚾️ Too big of a Spike which could occur from both errors in being too aggressive or too conservative then having to ramp up to return to a game can be a cause a failed Return to Play Here’s a simple fix: Use A Radar Gun ✅ Instant Feedback for Athletes to stay in a Goal Velo Range ✅ Very digestible metric for Athletes to comprehend and understand ✅ Avoids the flaws at both ends of either overstressing or understressing the arm

🚨CONQUERED TEXAS.... NOTHING SAYS TEXAS LIKE MUSLIMS BEATING THEMSELVES IN THE STREETS OUTSIDE THE MOSQUE Why stay inside beating yourselves when you can take it outside in a show of force to dominate the streets and unsettle locals? That's exactly what's happening in Houston right now. This is a Muharram Juloos - the public street procession during Muharram, the "holiest" mourning month for Shia Muslims. It commemorates the killing of Imam Hussain and his family at Karbala in 680 AD. Shia mark it with black flags, loud chants, and synchronized chest-beating (matam), where men rhythmically pound their own chests, sometimes with chains, to relive the grief. We didn't grow this here. We imported it by bringing in millions from third-world Muslim countries where public self-beating and street takeovers are normal. Pakistan, Iraq, Iran, and similar places send the people, and their customs follow. The result? Texas streets turned into scenes that belong in Karachi or Karbala, not America. They could mourn quietly inside the mosque. They choose to do it outside in your face. WHY are we importing the thrird world,,,, It's third-world culture imported and normalized on American soil. I've warned about this pattern for years. It's spreading....

Following the amazing reaction to the Marble Curriculum yesterday, we've decided to make it open source 🛰️👇 Everything a child learns in primary school. 1,590 concepts. 3,221 connections across 8 subjects, from Math and Science to Computing and Life Skills. Anchored in the US and UK curriculums, standard by standard (NGSS, Common Core, DfE). What you will find in the repo: every concept as structured JSON with its age band and the evidence a child must show to master it. Every prerequisite link marked hard or soft, with a written rationale. It's a true DAG you can compute learning paths on. Open license, you can build whatever you want with it. Now is a unique time in history to be building in education. Getting AI and kids education right is likely one of the hardest and most important problems to crack over the next decade and we need as many smart and creative minds behind it. We think a common solid basis, accessible to all and that can be built upon, is critical to move fast. That's why we're making this curriculum open source. It's not perfect but we know it's a robust basis, and we believe that sharing it openly is the fastest way to progress in this field.
