Denshattack! reminds me why I love indie games so much. It's like Sonic meets Jet Set Radio meets.. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater? Crazy concept but the gameplay is FUN, addicting, and highly replayable. This could easily be a Dreamcast game. Peak soundtrack and art design too.
